"We had a wet room as en suite, and like most wet rooms, it smelt damp. The breakfast was self service and poorly stocked. We had to get an off duty member of staff to help after waiting 15 minutes on a tight schedule for someone to arrive to provide crockery and cutlery. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. For the cost to the room for the night, I did not feel our experience was good value for money."

"Bed was comfortable and breakfast very nice. Negatives - no air con on a very hot day/night and shower problematic. Couldn’t avoid getting hair wet, shower head too high to adjust and no soap in dispenser. Otherwise all good."

"The room was a good size and comfortable. We are there in the evening. Food was cooked well. We enquired what time breakfast was and where we ate. We were told between 9-11am downstairs in bar restaurant. We went downstairs at 9-15 am only to find the place deserted!! Absolutely no one to be found. Apparently our breakfast was a bunch of bananas, some apples, cereal bar and a pot if granola in a small fridge left on the landing. No milk!! On Expedia it stated breakfast was included with photos...

"I booked the executive room, no air conditioning just a small desktop fan, only one bath towel and hand towel to share between two people, stains on carpets throughout the hotel, no water in the room, tiniest complimentary shower gel and shampoo. In general whole place needs updating, breakfast is very average, coffee and orange juice was just about drinkable, I wouldn’t stay again"

"I would strongly advise that they install air conditioning into the rooms. The rooms are beautiful but very unpleasant in hot conditions, which would discourage me from booking in the summer."

"El Hotel es una auténtica maravilla!!! Lo primero que me sorprendió positivamente fue la atención recibida en recepción por los dos chicos que había (un chico español, Manuel, y otro chico inglés que no recuerdo su nombre). La habitación muy bonita, limpia y ordenada con salida directa al jardín. Y además pude disfrutar de la piscina, el spa, la terraza exterior y el gimnasio. Súper súper!!! Muchas gracias!!! Para repetir mil veces"
