"The view was insanely gorgeous. An amazing view of the water. And it was rustic and cozy. The location made it easy to go to go sightseeing, and it had so many cute shops around. There was always parking, the place was heated well and we had no issues checking in and out. There was only minor issues like there being a few spiderwebs between the ceiling beams, and in a few nooks and cranny’s it wasn’t the cleanest like under the bathroom sink (something rolled under lol). "I booked a six person room with 4 confirmed occupants because I had 2 friends that were tentative. Without notice or renegotiating the agreement they changed it to a four person room. They would not acknowledge their unlawful discrepancy for several hours and multiple emails. My friends confirmed that they were going to be there, but after I informed them of the malfeasance of the lodge, they booked a different room.
