"Studio 3 is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished nicely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and the fact that the hosts supplied a couple of days worth of detergent. The hosts were phenomenal! On the night of our arrival some really nasty storms rolled in causing a power outage. They were super helpful with all information that they had available to them and willing to help make things more comfortable for us until power was restored. "Sadly, this property didn't live up to how it was presented online. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down. This made us very uncomfortable and we were concerned about our safety and that of our vehicle overnight. The rooms looked as...

"Great place to stay... i feel like it wasnt advertised as well as it could have been. We loved the gas fireplace. Was concerned about check-in as i hadnt heard from the owner, but within a day of our arrival i reached out and the owner was always fast and responsive at that point. Any concerns vanished. What a great location!"

"Great location. Nice clean place. Only bad thing was the bed is TERRIBLE. A single person has slept in the bed for a long time so there is a permanent dent in the middle which makes it very hard to sleep with someone. "
