"Jim was responsive and the rental was as shown online. There was an odd smell when we entered but we used the provided candle and it quickly went away. Some warm blankets would have made the stay amazing. The fresh roasted coffee beans were the highlight."

The location is great—right in downtown Jackson and close enough to walk most everywhere in town. The property management was always very quick to reply to texts and very friendly. "I hate to give anyone a bad review but the unit was not very clean and it smelled dirty. The living room and dining room furniture were very old and looked dirty and worn.The bathroom looked to be remodeled and was clean and the towels seemed new so that was probably the best part.It was not clear that the bed was lofted and up a ladder which was not ideal or very easy to navigate in the middle of the night.You can hear everything from the people that live above so there really is no privacy...

"The unit was in a fantastic location for access to all of downtown Jackson. The rooms were a bit dated but fine for our stay. Some repair issues were noted to management. Inoperable ceiling fan in one room, air conditioning only in main room not bedrooms and did not function well. Screens missing or torn in some windows. En-suite bathroom for one room, the other room had bathroom access across the unit next to the front door. At least one outlet for plugs in bedroom was not functioning. We did...
