"The cabin was the perfect place to stay after our rafting adventure. Loved the oversized kitchen table. We were all able to eat together, play games, etc. Wish we had stayed another night to explore more of the local scenery. The owner was easy to communicate with through the whole process, and even went the extra mile to return an item to us that was left behind. Overall, a lovely stay."

"I could not be more satisfied with the experience we had during our short stay. It was actually very nice to be more in the quiet Cove vs the main lake area… Paddling via canoe or kayak to the main lake area and swimming off of the island there was quite special."

"This house is adorable and was perfect for our stay over a camp visiting day weekend. Our teenage son loved the loft area. The house is very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. While there was not any air conditioning, even in the middle of summer the Berkshires cool down at night so we were very comfortable during our stay. "Charming decor and solid furniture. Lovely screened porch and deck. Micro kitchen—smaller that we expected but we’ll-equipped. Bedrooms also smaller than expected. Beds were good. "

"House was clean and comfortably furnished. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and it was an overall good time. Only Issues were that the drive and walk ways were hidden in the snow and the house did not hold heat well "

"Great location on a small quiet lake with plenty of kayaks canoes and paddle boards for exploring. Great property, would visit again! "

"Beautiful views from all the windows, quiet, private, clean and comfortable! Well worth a three day stay in October with all the leaves changing colors. Kayaks provided were so appreciated, allowing us to paddle around the whole lake and enjoy the colors and views even more. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were ideal for my elderly mother. Great towns within easy drive, lots to explore!"

"Stunning location, surrounded by lush green fields filled with song birds, with great views. Comfortable, clean, well-appointed house. Attentive hosts. Reached by a several miles-long dirt road that is exceptionally well-maintained, so not particularly challenging for those not used to dirt roads, even though unlit.Nonetheless, arriving for the first time in the middle of the night is a bit of an adventure."

"Very nice place to stay for our 3 day hike on the AT. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away. "Dining shopping not too far, but not walkable. The amount we paid was more than double the advertised price, yet we were still asked to perform a laundry list of cleaning tasks before exiting the unit (vacuuming, folding blankets, emptying and taking out gargage, etc.). I realize there is likely a management fee, but most VRBO properties do not require anything more than making sure doors and windows are secure, sink is clear, thermostats set at certain temps, etc. The property is also in...

"This house was the perfect family get away. My family enjoyed everything the property had to offer and also skiing close by. Amanda was very quick to respond to all my questions. Overall my family had a fantastic trip."

The kayaks available for use were a great touch, and we enjoyed going out on the lake.
