"We booked our first night away leaving our 7 month old baby - The Beachcomber was amazing. The facilities, pool and rooms are lovely. The location is just the ultimate for relaxation and it was also really easy to have the pub/restaurant on site as well. We would love to come back."
"Very basic accommodation but good value and had a nice historic pub charm. Comfy beds and quiet at night. No air con or block out curtains and the room smelled quite smokey from the fireplace downstairs. Shared fridge and tea room that was well stocked. Shared bathroom that was basic but clean with a nice hot shower. Lovely staff. Didn't get to try the food as they were closed Mon/Tues nights."
"Hotel was fantastic and the gym / pool access nearby with classes was a great bonus, especially for an early morning or late evening class. Hotel was well kept with great parking outside and decent food options at the club adjoining the hotel."
"The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...
