"Excellent, I have visited this hotel for years and we always had a great time."

"This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me."

"When we booked the hotel, we made sure that we would have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We also checked to make sure that there was a hot breakfast or continental breakfast available. We checked in on August 1 and we were told that the company delivering the refrigerators was running behind and we had no refrigerator in the room. I had medication that I had to take with Lactaid and therefore had no place to keep the Lactaid cold. The staff did offer to keep it in the fridge with...

"Our overall stay was nice! The place was cozy, roomy and clean! Not to far from Fort Drum! Just a few inconveniences during our stay.To get to either one of the bedrooms you have to go through a bathroom. If someone in the bathroom you have to wait to get to the bedroom. The masterbath fan doesnt work and no deoderizer available so then have to wait longer. Masterbath showerhead sprays in all direction but down and the areas that did spray downward you were up against the glass trying to use it...
