Charming house with vineyard view - 3 bedrooms - near Bordeaux & St-Émilion

Welcome to our family home in the countryside located in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers, in Saint-Genès-de-Lombaud, surrounded by vineyards and forest on an estate of more than 40 ha.

An ideal place to meet up with family or friends in a quiet and preserved environment.

The house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults (9 people maximum).

As soon as you enter, you will discover a large warm living room with its impressive stone wall and high ceilings. Natural light flows through the spaces throughout the day and offers a soothing atmosphere.

The living room opens directly onto the south-facing terrace, facing the vineyards. Here, time seems to slow down. Breakfast in the sun, lunch in the shade of the parasol or dinner facing the sunset: every moment becomes a parenthesis.

The house is independent, without direct vis-à-vis, and offers a real sense of space and tranquility.

The ideal capacity is 6 people for optimal comfort, with the capacity for up to 8 people.

Towels and bed linen are provided.
