## Emplacement
The Bastide district is a former industrial area that is undergoing an economic revival thanks to various developments. Facing the Garonne River and Place de la Bourse, you'll discover the former Orléans train station, now home to a large cinema. Nearby, the Université Européenne de Gestion and, just a few steps away, the Parc des Berges and Jardin Botanique offer a large green space. This new strolling area offers a wonderful view of the Tourny facade built along the left bank quays. La Bastide is also characterized by its architectural charm, notably the bell tower of the Sainte-Marie de la Bastide church and the Maison Cantonale, an architectural work of the 1930s. The city center is easily reached by tramway or the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
