Servicio, calidad en cuartos y alimentos excelentes a 5 min de terminal del tranvia, 5 min caminando del aeropuerto.

The hotel does NOT offer a shuttle service - false advertising which is unacceptable for an airport hotel. They say it is based on availability but despite the hotel being empty and there being no traffic at the reception the staff did not want to operate the shuttle.

Accès compliqué Parking obligatoire. À 20€ la nuit. Pour sortir il faut descendre de voiture sonner et on ne sort pas par la sortie mais par l’entrée. Si hôtel est simplement correct pour sa catégorie, le reste ne va pas du tout. J’oubliais les abords immédiats de l’hôtel qui sont encore à l’état de chantier y compris les chaussées.

Great stay at Sheraton Bordeaux. Convenient for airport and walkable. Very comfortable and clean rooms, with a very good breakfast offering. They have a shuttle but not immediately clear how to organise one for airport pick up and I think it stops at about 3pm. Would be great to have running later into the evening as the walk at night isn’t ideal and the journey isn’t worth paying a cab for to be honest.

ボルドー到着が遅くなるので、他のエリアに移動しなければならなかったのですが、一泊だけ空港最寄りのホテルという事で宿泊しました。 清潔で設備も充実していて、もう少し泊まりたかったです。

Excellent hotel, but restaurant was not open for dining on Sundays. A must for exhausted travelers. Location was too far to go elsewhere without a taxi, so we walked to airport to eat. I was charged an extra $30 to check in after noon, although I never observed any guests milling around. Lobby was always void of guests. Extremely odd.

My stay was one night and was exactly what I needed for a short and comfortable stay on my transfer from Bordeaux - just nearby the airport. The room was fabulous (undisturbed by noise despite the distance from the airport) and the staff professional. The transfer from the hotel to the airport was very convenient.

Great new hotel! Closed restaurant.
This is a brand new Sheraton and a beautiful hotel. It’s the most American hotel I’ve stayed in, in France. It has all the amenities. My only complaint is that the restaurant is closed on Saturday night. Crazy! It’s one of the reasons I stayed here, for my flight the next day, I wanted to be able to have a decent meal and looked for a hotel with a restaurant. I was quite surprised disappointed when I arrived, and they told me the restaurant was closed.

A l'aéroport demande de navette pour rejoindre l'hôtel, réponse il n'y en a pas, j'insiste, il est porté sur le site de réservation de l'hotel qu'une navette existe, la réceptionniste me dit qu'elle se renseigne... puis on m'indique que la navette passera dans 10 minutes. Avec du retard elle arrive. Le lendemain matin, reveil par l'hotel à 8 heures car j'aurais demandé la navette pour cette heure là, ce que je n'ai pas fait. Mais pour rejoindre l'aéroport je demande à 9heures la navette pour 9h30, on m'indique que la première possibilité est 10 heures! Je les informe que cela est trop tard pour moi. Ok pour la navette à 9h30. Au bar/restaurant, mon épouse demande un Campari avec une tranche d'orange, la tranche d'orange est dans mon verre! Elle demande une salade avec fromage mais sans miel... Résultat un fromage avec miel!!!!

Brand new…but
Beautiful hotel. But the shuttle doesn’t start running until 5:00 am, when first flights start at 6:00. Ended up paying 20 Euros to get to the airport. It was loud. Not from the airplanes but sounded like a ice machine was going off every 5 minutes. Incredibly difficult to get some rest before traveling.

Good airport hotel, little choice in restaurant
We had a problem checking in because of a misunderstanding with a 10% discount but after being looked at it was honoured but not without discussion. The bar staff were extremely pleasant and all spoke fluent English. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, you wouldn't need to eat for the rest of the day if you were inclined to taste everything. The choice of teas was great. The rooms were lovely and big and well equipped with USBs and a phone chargers on the console. Tried to turn the heating down below 19 but unable to so was a little warm. Lots of mirrors. Lack of lighting in the main bedroom area. Although didn't use the gym or the pool on the roof it looked great and was annoyed I forgot my cossie. Parking available which we didn't use however no undercover walkway to get to the car park and it was throwing it down with rain the morning we left so you just get wet going to your car. Lots of seating in reception area along with power sockets to charge electrical devices. Looked at the restaurant menu but very uninspiring, very little choice.

Deçu par la carte tres reduite de la restauration, et la carte du bar le week-end, pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Malgré mon statut de "membre gold", je nai pas eu la possibilité de bénéficier gratuitement d'un depart tardif qui m'aurait ete necessaire pour me doucher et me changer à l'issue dun stage. Hotel tres confortable, aux chambres bien insonorisées, tres beaux équipements sportifs, avec vue, sauna, hammam, piscine en accès libre.
