Designed to offer unparalleled comfort, the access to this suite is entirely autonomous thanks to a connected lock system, air conditioning, a safe, a satellite TV, and high-speed wifi access. We accept pets, but they remain your responsibility. Thank you for respecting the peace and quiet of the other residents and the cleanliness of the premises.

## Notes

This property is accessible in all autonomy. However, prior verification of your identity in order to obtain access is imperative. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our staff discovers the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts etc...), we reserve the right to require a deposit of a minimum amount of 300 €.
Our boudoir in the basement will allow you to deposit your luggage in complete safety.

## DEPOSITO
Se solicitará un depósito bancario de 250 € como parte del alquiler. Este depósito, mediante un enlace de pago gestionado por el servicio seguro Stripe, es obligatorio y debe realizarse antes de la llegada al alojamiento. El importe no se bloqueará ni se cargará y no afectará al límite máximo de gasto de su tarjeta de crédito.

Si no se abona el depósito en un plazo de 2 días antes de su salida, y siempre que se cumplan las condiciones generales de venta y el alojamiento se devuelva en perfecto estado, la reserva se cancelará automáticamente.
