Excelente estadía. Muy recomendado.
Excelente estadía. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de todas las líneas del metro, sitios turísticos a walking distance. El personal muy amable. La suite muy espaciosa y cómoda para viajes familiares con niños. El desayuno maravilloso también.

Nos ha decepcionado; llegamos a las 14 horas, cansados porque viajamos por carretera, nos dijeron que no podíamos disponer de la habitación hasta las 15, no hicieron ademán de ofrecernos ni un vaso de agua durante la espera; comimos en la cafetería, bastante regular, a las 17 fuimos a la habitación y todavía tardaron 20 mts más en traernos las maletas; para acceder a la habitación había que coger 2 ascensores diferentes. No repetiremos

Ubicación inmejorable, gran bienvenida a nosotros y nuestros hijos, el concierge fue de gran ayuda para hacer un tour a st emilion, el buffet de desayuno es muy bueno . Solo les haría una recomendación: que en el menú de room service de 24 hrs tuvieran opciones más kid friendly. Súper recomendado

Muy bonito hotel con un servicio agradable, a excepción del lamentable restaurante presuntuoso de la planta baja, una estafa con nombre de chef conocido incluido en la que desgraciadamente caímos por ser fiesta nacional, y por tanto complicado encontrar mesa a última hora en otro lugar. Por otra parte la habitación es como viajar a la aldea del Hobbit, donde prácticamente tienes que dormir de pie, salvo que midas más de 180 cm que probablemente no puedas ni entrar. Una pena.

Excellent hotel, service was amazing and it is in the very heat of Bordeaux. In walking distance to nearly all attractions. Spa and sauna/ steam room are therapeutic and beautiful, rounding the day off with a visit to the roof top bar with is gorgeous views over the roof tops of Bordeaux.

Check-In was amazing, desk was kind and service was top notch. We had a late arrival and the concierge arranged last minute reservations nearby quickly at a nice place. Rooms are agin, but clean and beds were comfortable and all was very clean. Well done.

Beautiful Bordeaux in the Intercontinental Hotel.
From the moment we checked in with Maya at reception on Christmas eve, to the minute we checked out four days later, every member of staff made our stay feel like a family Christmas holiday (but in a good way!!). The food, the wine, the atmosphere were a joy to behold and experience. I can't wait to return to Bordeaux and stay in this majestic hotel again.

Restauration scandaleuse
La prestation de l hôtellerie est remarquable. En revanche nous avons dîner au restaurant le bordeaux pour le réveillon de noël. La prestation n est absolument pas au niveau d un hôtel aussi prestigieux. Serveurs incompétents qui servaient pour la première fois de leur vie, plat principal brûlé, très longue attente entre chaque plat 40mn. Un scandale! Même si l établissement nous a offert les boissons cela a gâché notre réveillon.

I cannot say enough good things. Everyone has exceptional customer service from when we got there until we left. We arrived by car. They unloaded our bags and parked. We went to dinner and when we got back our bags were already up. They even had a personalized welcome message on the tv. The room was exceptional. So clean and beautifully done. I don’t know what Josephine’s salary is but you need to triple it. She suggested restaurants and even brought canalles to our room. So amazing. I hope she sees this! We appreciate you!

What stands out for this property is the LOCATION. It’s really the center of the city. Beyond that, there were issues — 1) when we checked in, they offered us a room that needed to use the service elevators to get there. Really? We said NO. 2) The hotel, especially the public hallways, are in bad need of updating. There were often unpleasant smells wafting through the corridors (like food prep). The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. 3) Servicing the room was an issue. We had to remind the hotel daily to clean the room, otherwise it wouldn’t be done. Really? 4) The fake silk flowers all throughout the property have to go. 5) The in-house restaurant options and breakfast were fair and service was efficient and good. Overall, location was great, service was uneven and the property needs updating. And don’t agree to the rooms where you have to take the service elevators, unless you’d enjoy riding with the cleaning and maintenance staff.

I rented a room with living room. Very nicely decorated, but the doors separating the bedroom from the living room could not be closed because of the thick carpet.

Long Weekend Trip
Our stay at the Intercontinental Bordeaux was amazing. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were looked after so well. The room was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable. The food both at breakfast and in the evening at the restaurant was superb. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and so attentive. The whole experience was a joy and we are looking forward to our next visit to Bordeaux already.
