A second-floor apartment in the heart of Bordeaux where every one of the four en-suite bedrooms opens onto its own private balcony with city views - sit out with a coffee over the rooftops. Four private shower rooms, no sharing.

The space
The apartment takes the whole second floor: four en-suite bedrooms, a living room and a full kitchen (there is no separate dining room).

• 4 double bedrooms (queen beds), each en-suite (private shower room + WC), each with its own sit-out balcony with a city view and a direct view of St André Cathedral, plus a work desk, heated towel rail and cupboard.
• Living room in formal French style, seating six, with a 55" smart TV + complimentary Netflix, games for children, and an adjacent WC - a genuine family space.
• Fully equipped kitchen - oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all tableware. A kitchen table seats four; larger groups also dine in the living room.
• Optional 5th bed: a living-room sofa bed can be made up on request - ideal for a group needing an extra individual bed (e.g. colleagues, or eight guests who aren't all couples). Sleeps up to 8.
• Fast Wi-Fi (great for remote work and video calls), soundproofed windows and portable fans throughout. Cot on request.

Downstairs, the building's ground floor is home to a quiet, highly regarded steakhouse - some of the best steak in Bordeaux - with a special rate and complimentary extras for our guests.

With a desk in every en-suite bedroom, fast Wi-Fi and a full kitchen, it suits project teams and longer business stays just as well as families - everyone gets a private room to work and rest.

Guest access
A private, badge-secured lobby and stairs (no lift) lead up to the apartment on the second floor, which is yours entirely - the whole floor, with no other residents on your level.

Other things to note
GOOD TO KNOW: second-floor light and views come by stairs (no lift). No air conditioning, but the thick-walled building stays cool and we provide fans.

Central Bordeaux is lively and full of character - if you're after total silence this isn't the spot, though the windows are soundproofed to help.

Perfect for families, groups of four couples, or project teams / business travellers who each want their own en-suite room and a desk.

Please kindly note the following conditions:

✘ No indoor smoking - smoking is welcome on the balconies only. A 480 euro (or higher in case of consequential damages) deodorization fee may be applied in case of indoor smoking.
✘ No pets.
✘ No parties or events.

• Check-in usually 3–8pm (later possible by arrangement).
• Please leave the apartment in decent condition (an extra fee may apply for abuse)
• We don't accept third-party bookings.
• Please note we will request a credit card security deposit of 480 euros prior to check in. This security deposit will not be debited from your credit card but will only be a pre-authorisation.
