  • COCO’S PLACE is a lovely private bungalow designed with a twist of the traditional Polynesian culture. The wooden walls and the original roof give a taste of freshness while the big windows allow the stunning Bora Bora sunlight streaming in. It’s a fantastic place to stay for up to four people who wants to enjoy the island paradise that Bora Bora is… The large comfortable master bedroom provides private access to the refreshing terrace through sliding doors. The high ceilings with exposed beams makes the space airy! For those enchanting Bora Bora nights, COCO’S PLACE is equipped with fully space air conditioner, windows have all been mosquito proofed with mosquito netting, FREE high speed WIFI, an en-suite shower , fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, four burner stove, fridge. Laptop size safe deposit box for your valuables. Easy access to the Condominium’s small private grass beach and to the Condominium’s private pontoon.
    This is the perfect place to get yourself relaxed. You will love it!
    On top of that you have included in the price the complimentary use of our car, a Toyota Yaris, manual, basic insurance. Car upgrade to a luxurious Jeep Compass, automatic, full insurance, is possible for a fee.
    The car keys will be handed over to you upon check-in.

    *Other things to note*
    *Please comply with our check-in time (after 3pm) and checkout time (before 10am). To provide good and thorough cleaning service we cannot always be flexible with the check in/out times. Early check-in and late checkout are to be booked for an additional fee of 120€ each, subject to availability.

    *Due to operational reasons we can’t deliver the car at the airport. To get to the bungalow you will have to take a taxi. There’re plenty of them at the wharf in Vaitape.

Great off the beaten path place

We really enjoyed this property. It was away from some of the busier parts of the island and felt more homey than resorty.

Great view, cozy house

Coco's Place on the north end of Bora Bora has a tremendous view, access to a small beach with a covered picnic table and a relatively quiet location while also being just 15 mins from Vaitape harbor and the town's amenities. It's a cozy home with all the comforts you need to relax at the end of a great day out exploring and enjoying the island. The AC was much appreciated as was the warm shower after a long day.

Our stay at Coco’s place was wonderful. It is a good blend of countryside meets beautiful view. It was fully equipped with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Having a car for the stay is a must and such a convenience. Natalie and Barthelemy are simply amazing. While there, they made sure that all our questions were answered. Everything thing from the pick up to drop off was organized and smooth.

Coco's place is at the north end of Bora Bora. It was essential to have a car to get around the island and this was included in the rental. The place had all you need: great views, full kitchen to make meals, laundry underneath, and had a double kayak. Adrian was super in communicating special tips on where to go. In particular, a 1 minute drive gets you to a Manta Ray cleaning station where my son and I saw 3 large rays at sunrise on the last day.

50th Anniversary

The property was very nice, could use some upgrades, but overall, for the price was very nice, was very clean also. Having a car was very helpful, we made many trips to restaurant's etc. Nathalie was very nice, and helpfull. Would definitly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I can't say enough compliments for our stay at Coco's Place. The accommodations were clean and organized. The location was great-just minutes from Vaitape; making shopping and excursions easily accessible. The condominium had everything you need to cook a nice meal. We loved waking up every morning and having our coffee with a beautiful view of the water right off the living room/kitchen. The car was an added bonus to our stay. Our host was amazing and was very kind with prompt replies to our requests. His managers Natalie & Barthalemey were very friendly and helpful. Cutest couple ever. I would recommend this place to everyone and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Experience the real Bora Bora

Before spending a few nights at the St. Regis my wife and I spent three nights at this property on Bora Bora. What a treat! For those wanting to experience Bora Bora's lagoon without breaking the bank (and especially for a family or those travelling with friends) this is a perfect option. First, their is everything you need: comfy beds, big bathroom, a full kitchen, plenty of seating, and, yes, even a free car for your use! (and let's toss in a Western facing view for sunsets). The latter allowed us to drive down to the beach (scenic 20 minute drive) and also head into town for dinner and buying groceries. Also good to know if that if you book some restaurants or a tour of the lagoon you usually get a ride to and from the house. Highly recommended for either an entire stay or, as we did, to spend more time in Bora Bora without paying for a super pricey resort!

We loved our stay here!

Coco's Place was an excellent choice for phase 2 of our Bora Bora vacation. (Phase 1 was one of the resorts.) It was conveniently located, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, cook, snorkel, and have a great time! Having the use of a car along with our stay was the next level of convenience and utility! There can be some noise from traffic on the main road and occasionally roosters, but this is something that did not bother us because we tended to have an oscillating fan going at night while sleeping, which would drown out the other noises. The view was incredible, and we had so much fun snorkeling nearby and kayaking. Great communication from the hosts, as well as pick up and drop off from the resort and to the airport, which we very much appreciated. Nathalie was so helpful with a tour, and welcoming to the place, as well as explaining everything that needed to be. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a visit!

Bora Bora Bliss

Coco’s Place was the perfect fit for my husband and I. From Barthelemy picking us up at the dock and driving us to the house, to Nathelie giving us the full tour of the house, to the location, we were very pleased. We LOVED the privacy, the use of the car, and the location directly across the street from the sea where we swam all 8 days that we stayed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and having the washer and dryer was so appreciated! The only thing that we would suggest is purchasing a new stove, as the current one, even after directions from our host, was not working properly, and the other “oven” on property was too small to cook in. Also, so additional towels for the bathroom would be nice. Note to those with physical limitations,(which we do not have) the access to the home is up stairs, both from the road side, and the second steps are up to the front door, and for those with limited mobility, caution should be used. The communication with the owner, Adrian, was first rate! He was so responsive and just lovely to work with. We would most definitely love to stay again.

Truly Exceptional

I can't begin to say enough about this property! We were met at the ferry by Tituau and driven to the most comfortable, decorated to perfection, well supplied home with a spectacular view. The kitchen had all you needed to prepare a large meal, pots and pans, dishes, silverware to entertain 8+ not to mention the wide assortment of spices. The living area was a wall of glass that provided expansive views, as well as the deck....which is an extension of the indoor living space. The bedrooms are ample size and very comfortable, many outlets for whatever items you might have. The bathroom well stocked, large and the shower was wonderful, having a washer and dryer was an added convenience. I can't begin to recommend this home enough for a no worries, phenomenal place to stay, very comfortable neighborhood with an at home feeling. Outstanding air conditioning in the kitchen, living area and both bedrooms when needed. Adrian was so courteous, incredibly quick responses, relaxed, accommodating, and easy to deal with, made our 10 day stay a breeze. We will certainly be back without hesitation! It was was truly a dream vacation that I was sad I had to wake up from

Great views of the lagoon. Cozy living area. Great hosts. Loved having the house to ourselves. It’s on the ring road which is super convenient but can also be noisy. Would appreciate more towels as clothes dryer is not very efficient. Overall very much recommend.

Nice apartment for a stay in Bora Bora

Nice and clean apartment (fully equipped). It also offers kayaks to explore the lagoon. As a family we really enjoyed our stay. The host has been very friendly and helpful.

Coco’s Place is the Coolest

Great rental! Nathalie was a wonderful host, we took a few minutes to have a conversation with her at check-in. She is a wealth of island knowledge. Great value since this rental INCLUDES a car for your entire stay. Beautiful view from the living room. Mauruuru!

Such a great and comfortable home to stay in. Lots of room. Cozy. Air conditioners kept things comfortable. Amazing view of the sunset over the lagoon. This is a great place to stay where you can easily get to town and around. The owner is very responsive and answered my many questions quickly. He also worked with us on checkout and checkin to meet our needs. It felt spacious with high ceilings, large rooms and great view. We would stay here again.

This is a great alternative to the traditional “resort” experience. The simplicity, the beauty and the freedom of the car all contributed to a perfect experience.
