Un hotel muy bonito hubicado en un islote cerca del aerolínea y de la Isla principal solo con acceso bia maritima. El personal del hotel es super amable, servicial y profesional. Las comidas son bastante caras, la carta no es muy amplia y le falta un poco de sabor a los alimentos

They are one of bora bora top 5 maybe but the check in have to be better you paid for be at the room at the time and they made you wait little more .

Excelente hotel, excelente playa, el personal es muy amable y servicial. Los bungalos sobre el agua fantasticos. Me gustaria hubiera una tiendita de algunos alimentos y bebidas. El minibar del cuarto no enfriaba bien, estaba apenas medio fresco, lo reporte y me dijeron que solo era para enfriar un poco alguna bebida, no es posible eso no es un minibar!. Por lo demas muy muy bien, si algun dia (ojala) regreso a Bora Bora escogeria el Pear Beach, esta muy bien ubicado y en la playa el mar te llega hasta la cintura por donde quiera que andes. Excelente!

Un Lugar como Pocos en el Mundo...
Excelente, el lugar es Maravilloso, sólo le falta una capa de barniz a las cabañas, pero no opaca lo espectacular del lugar... amacener y atardecer insuperables... personalización en la atención... desayuno y Room Service muy buenos... me casé en la playa, sugiero invertir en un pérgola acorde a la ocasión y al lugar, a pesar de esto, el evento fue muy especial gracias al maestro de ceremonia, al músico y al fotógrafo (Damien)... las mejores playas en las que he estado... No es atractivo para niños... Un destino a toda prueba para descansar y disfrutar del lugar...

Las instalaciones son buenas, cómodas, limpias. Se evidencia el paso del tiempo, hay pequeños detalles de mantenimiento pero no molestan. No pude hacer uso del wifi en la habitación durante toda la estadía. El primer día avise en la recepción que tenía este problema y me dijeron que iban a ir a la habitación a chequearlo. No lo hicieron. Lo reclame el mismo día. Tampoco fueron. El día siguiente fui a la recepción para reclamarlo una vez más, y me dijeron que el wifi era así, y que no se podía hacer nada. Ni siquiera en la propia recepción era buena la señal. Al reservar el wifi estaba incluido dentro de los servicios del hotel. No es de recibo que con el precio que se este pagando, no haya wifi, y que la respuesta sea: no se puede hacer nada. Es un servicio por el cual se está pagando.

muy bien la atencion, el hospedaje y los servicios. playa unica y inmejorable. el hotel muy limpio y estuvo acorde a mis espectativas como contra en temporada baja muy poca opcion de comida en el restaurante y al estar en un motu es dificil trasladarse y en dias de lluvia no hay alternativas de distraccion casi.
Querido cliente, Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para compartir sus comentarios acerca de su estancia en el Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort & Spa usted. Hemos tomado nota de sus observaciones sobre la elección de los alimentos. Sin embargo, con un menú de 6 platos fijo que cambia todos los días , además de la tarjeta Tevairoa nuestro restaurante con 30 platos y un menú de 3 platos turística se llega a un total de 57 propuestas sólo para la cena . Parece difícil dar la vuelta durante una estancia de 4 noches en promedio. Lo sentimos a la lluvia que ha sufrido , pero es notable que estas lluvias fueron particularmente excepcional. Algas en playa pequeña
Es dificil valorar este hotel, estas en borabora y los precios son elevadisimos. Tiene varios problemas. Las algas dejan la playa completamente negra aunque algo intentan hacer paraquitarlas, no le dedican el esfuerzo suficiente para hacer que la pequeña playa no mas de 100 metros no acabe por estar completamente negra en ocasiones del dia. Como estas en el arrecife es casi obligado comer alli, el tema ir a la isla es un robo integral, te llevan al otro lado con barco, uno a la hora que es el que usan los trabajadores y luego hay un bus que cuesta 10€ para hacer 5 km. Ese mismo barco podria llevarte a la ciudad que esta al lado, no tiene sentido. La comida es muy justita a precios caros comparado a restaurantes de la isla. Del aeropuerto al hotel i viceversa te llevan parece como obligado pero te cobran como 30€ mas por 3 minutos en barco por cada trayecto, desde el pueblo es gratis que esta mas lejos y encima ni te cogen las maletas y se meten en el barco colegas que suben al barco en plan me aprovecho declos extrangeros. Las habitaciones son muy guapas y grandes, cama increible hay serios problemas con mosquitos y algunas cosas no funcionan pero en general nos ha gustado bastante. El trato en el hotel es muy bueno, de agradecer. No se alli parece como que el pearl es calidad precio de lo mejor pero si has estado en maldivas en un hotel similar, en polinesia cambia mucho. Te sientes un poco como que te sacan algo de dinero en cada movimiento que hagas.

There is nothing I did not like about this resort. It sits in the perfect location, minutes away from the airport, with a smooth sail across the ocean. I loved that the beach is private, so no bother from anyone selling products. I met a lot of friendly hotel staff who went above and beyond, Heikalani being one if them. I absolutely loved my villa. I thought it was going to be bigger but still perfect and with a pool, great touch! Mauruuru Le Bora Bora!

The property itself is stunning and amazing. Our room was also quite spectacular. We had some issues getting checked into our room in a timely manner. The staff completely mismanaged our check-in. We sat out in the incredible heat for 6.5 hours waiting for our room to be ready. When our room was finally ready, instead of helping the folks that had been baked in the heat for the entire day, they check-in the people fresh off the ferry boat.

Le Bora Bora is not just a hotel; it's an experience. From the moment you step off the boat at the airport, the staff greets you warmly, and their friendliness feels genuine. The overwater cabins are nicely done, and while some show signs of wear, ours seemed newly renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. Inside, everything is top-notch. During our stay, there were a few small service mishaps at the restaurants, like forgotten plates or mixed-up orders. However, the staff's friendliness made up for these errors easily. I'd rather have friendly service with a few mistakes than perfect service with no warmth. Yes, it's pricey, but it's worth it compared to slightly cheaper options like Hilton Moorea, where we also stayed. The difference in experience is clear, making Le Bora Bora a solid choice. Overall, it's a five-star experience, and I'd definitely come back for another memorable stay.

Excellent guest service. Very accommodating staff and relaxing environment. They are very professional and friendly. Especially Elizebeth, helpful and understanding. We appreciate her tremendous service and we will definitely recommend this hotel chain. We stay both Le Taha’a by pearl and Bora bora by pearl at this trip and had a great time . I recommend saying three days at each property.

The setting for the resort is absolutely stunning. We were engaged there 20 years ago and returned to celebrate our 20-year anniversary and could not be more pleased with our return visit with our 14-year-old daughter. The resort is even better than before. The accommodations and grounds are impeccable. What makes the resort so amazing is the staff that makes you feel like family as soon as you step off the boat from the airport. There is plenty to do there or you can do nothing at all but sip a cool drink and enjoy the unparalleled scenery. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed at the resort for 7 days the first week of March. Amazing property, great staff, very clean. Beach area is perfect and water is so clear and warm. Plenty of loungers. Food options are fine for a shorter stay but somewhat limited for a longer stay. Property is isolated and need the hotel shuttle to access the mainland which is also the case for all the other higher end hotels.
