Hidden gem in the woods

The house is exactly as pictured. My family and I stayed at the property for 4 nights. The beds were clean and made with fresh sheets. There are plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen also has everything that a family would need to cook on site, which we did for the most part. As per Michelle, the Internet connection was upgraded and considering the remote location of the house, we had no issues with streaming or browsing on our devices. The property is beautiful and it's set back about half a mile from the main road, which makes it very private and secluded. There is a back porch with a roof, which isn't shown in the pictures, but we were pleasantly surprised that it's there and is great for eating outside when it's warm out or just hanging out. There is also a hot tub outside, which we don't get to try, but perhaps next time. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations and we had a great time during our stay. Looking forward to visiting again! Thanks Michelle and Rick!

Slice of heaven

What a great place to stay in the ADKs. The description is right on. A place to ourselves and the animals. We were out and about on most days and it was so nice to come home to a cozy place to stay! This place is close to Old Forge, Eagle Bay and Inlet. Everything we needed was there😊😊😊😊 Thanks for a wonderful time, we look forward to a return trip and enjoying another slice of heaven. Adorable Cabin hidden in the woods.

We had a wonderful time staying in this adorable cabin on over 90 acres. We loved sitting by the fire at night, and our dogs loved having plenty of open space to run and play. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you'll need, and the location provided us with a quiet getaway. Michelle is a wonderful host who was quick to respond to my questions. Any family who stays here will not be disappointed.

Great location and excellent accomodation. Owner was very helpful but I'm not used to the lockbox procedure. I prefer to meet my host in person. But that's a minor concern. It was easy.

Fall foliage

We had a wonderful stay here! The kitchen was organized and well labeled. Bathroom supplies were plentiful. We really enjoyed having tv and internet to amuse ourselves on downtime. The hot tub was right out the door and was easy to use- loved watching the stars while in it. Every view out the window was beautiful. Very dog friendly which we so appreciated.

Perfect!

This is a great property! We stayed a week. Made for a great "home base" as we explored some of the Adirondacks and surrounding towns. The house had all the amenities of home, on a very private and quiet location. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of outside activities!! I highly recommended this property!

A great vacation spot!

The property was wonderful! Very secluded and peaceful! I was hoping to swim in the pond but it was too murky. But that's ok, it did not take away from our experience. I would recommend this property to friends! We saw deer and a crane flew onto the property which was exciting! Also loved that we could bring our dogs with us! Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot for myself and my family!

Beautiful and peaceful getaway

We all had an absolute blast! Between hanging out in the hot tub and just enjoying the view, exploring the property, the dogs and kids swimming in the pond there was something to occupy all of us.

Nice Getaway

Overall nice location and property. The bed listing wasn't accurate on the website. The bedrooms look like there are 2 double beds in one room and 2 king beds in another. There is just one bed in each. Otherwise, as expected!
