We had a wonderful experience. Our host was very responsive and the house was amazing….even more lovely than the online description and photos The kitchen was fabulous, the bedrooms, bathrooms, and furnishings were extremely comfortable and we felt comfortable in every way.

AMAZING! A spectacular home. Pictures and description are dead on accurate. Location was ideal (15 minutes to App State depending on time of day). Views were amazing. Access to the Blue Ridge minutes away but honestly, the home gives you an amazing view with wildlife and a small farm peppering the landscape. If we hadn’t had to leave to get our daughter at ASU, we could have spent every minute in the home. The deck was perfect place to just soak it all in. NO GATES which if you have young kids, makes it a stressless escape in fresh air. We never got a chance to use either the indoor or outdoor fireplace, but they were ready to go. Our 3 y/o was entertained for HOURS by the toys in the loft. A big win in our book. The kitchen was perfect. I love to cook/ entertain and I could have spent more time staring out that kitchen window. The host was super responsive to questions, and even though we had zero issues with our stay, I am sure she would have been right on top of it. Each bedroom was well equipped. Furniture was solid (not always the case which is why I mention it). Mattresses were good. Solid night sleep all around. We had from 3 to 81 and everyone had a space to retreat to if necessary but most of our time was spent in the massive kitchen eating and laughing. We were concerned with access but the roads were a gradual grade and the driveway was paved so I am sure that helps in inclement weather. We will be looking forward to another trip to Outlaws’ Haven.

For our family vacation this home was truly a beautiful place to stay and unplug from the busyness of this world. Staci and her family have made this home so welcoming. Wonderful location! House was perfect for the size of our family! The home was well maintained, clean and had everything needed for cooking for a large group. MLK Weekend

We enjoyed spending time with friends and family for a long weekend. We had three families stay at the house and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the long weekend. We enjoyed skiing and playing in the snow. Great location!

Epic and epicurean mountain vacation

This is a spacious luxury mountain home with expansive views, a well appointed kitchen, and an eight-person hot tub steps from the house. With two families with 3 kids ages 7-9 and a 14 year old we had a lot of room to spread out. A 15 minute drive the Appalachian Ski Mountain made it quick to get to winter activities. The kitchen!!!A huge island made hanging out while cooking super easy. The kitchen has everything you might need for homemade meals. You could even make a thanksgiving spread with all the pots and pans, cutting boards, spices, and baking sheets. There are two ovens and a 5-burner gas stove. We skied for two days and came back to relax I. The hot tub each night, wearing hats to battle the wind :)Thanks for a great stayMy only negative feedback was the difficulty in finding the entry code. I could not find it in the app or My email after 10 minutes of trying. That is not the owners fault but a VRBO design issue. The owner texted me the code right while I was busy looking so it all turned out great.

The house is just lovely! The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook for your family. The family room is large and perfect for playing board games and watching movies. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The house was very clean and communication with the owner was excellent.

Top Notch as Always

This was my third time staying at Outlaws Haven. I loved the property so much and Staci was so responsive, that when our family wanted to do Thanksgiving in the mountains, I had just the spot. The house is beautiful and convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway. All amenities are top notch. Can’t say enough good things about it!
