The host was very helpful, and addressed the issues quick, but the mattress (master bedroom )can be replaced (asap)! I think the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention.As there was no dish sponge , master bath had a small toilet paper, but we found one in the second bath, trash was under the guest bedroom beds,We couldn’t turn the fire pl.

We chose this unit mainly because it was very reasonably priced and I had stayed in this condo bldg before and was familiar with its amenities and knew the parking situation beforehand so it was not a surprise having to park down mountain and shuttle up. however you can pull up to the front entrance for unloading/loading, which is helpful. The shuttles were running regularly and actually both nights we were out late for night skiing, we got lucky and the shuttle was in the parking lot waiting already when got back. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and sauna. The host was very responsive. The cleaning crew forgot to restock paper towels and toilet paper but she quickly had them deliver those items once we let her know. The open living rm/dining/kitchen area was very spacious, more so than 2 other units i’ve stayed in here. I wish the fireplace were real gas logs, they were just electric infrared heater. the master bed wasn’t very comfortable but I slept hard after skiing all day. Overall we had a fun trip and memorable NYE spent at Sugar Mountain night skiing with live music and fireworks at midnight.

View from the balcony is breathtaking! However, this unit needs work. I have stayed at SugarTop several times in the past with my family, but first time in this particular unit. Upon arrival, we found that all the towels placed out for our use were still wet. I notified the owner, she said she spoke to her cleaner and she said that she was not aware they were wet when she put them out, that they were still hot from dryer so she didn’t notice. There were plenty of plates/glasses, but utensils for cooking were definitely lacking. There was one wooden spoon for cooking/stirring, but it was cracked/broken on the end. We ended up going to buy our own, which we left there for the next person. The couch had crumbs underneath and in between cushions. Some dishes pulled from cabinets had dried food residue on them. Overall cleanliness was not great. Check in was easy. Front desk and shuttle staff were great. Kids loved the pool! And again, the view from the balcony is unmatched!

Good stay with good views

Had a great stay here. The property was easy to get to and had a really easy check in/check out process. The place could have been cleaned a little better from the previous occupants - some hairs left over in the shower/bathroom and crumps throughout the kitchen but nothing too major. Make sure you bring all the toiletries you need because nothing is provided or there as a backup in case you forgot anything.

Ski Trip Getaway

The property and staff were great. There was ample room for my daughter and me to enjoy a ski trip celebrating her 16th birthday. In addition to its convenient location, the pool on the property was a great addition. I would recommend this property to family and friends looking for a great mountain getaway.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It accommodated our family of five perfectly. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is not a 10 minute walk to the Sugar Mountain slopes but it is close by. The views from the condo and property are amazing!

top of the world

easy access with parking at top of condo, not like having to be shuttled up like others. Had ever needed kitchen ware to cook dinner, never did get WIFI to work but cell service worked great for data. Great for weekend getaway

Beautiful view

This place has an absolutely beautiful view. The balcony is perfect for seeing the mountain range that stretchs so far. There were deer eating on the property when we arrived.

When we arrived the unit was absolutely disgusting. We had to wait several hours for it to be cleaned and essentially lost our first day. The beds are horrible, pillows disgusting. Guest parking at the bottom of the mountain is a nightmare and frankly ruined our trip as the shuttle routinely made us very late. One night the shuttle wasn’t running and I had to walk from the front gate to the top of the mountain… Don’t stay here if you’re attending the Highland Games. It’s not worth it.

Dirty mountain

This place was the WORST I have stayed in for cleanliness. Floors had food on them, dishes in the cabinets were dirty ( food still on them), beds sheets were dirty. This unit hasn't had work done from the day it was built. For the price I was expecting a little bit of quality. Everything about the place was bad. To much to list as you can pick anything about it and it was broken or dirty! TV remotes don't work, garbage disposal doesn't work, lights not all functioning, fireplace has the power cord coming out the doors. I don't like leaving reviews this poor as i try to work with the owners if an issue with the property but this owner was dismissive of my concerns when i asked for a broom so we could clean it ourselves. They also took our booking for y people and gave us 3 wash rags and 5 towels.
