"Accurately advertised which was greatly appreciated. The tiny home itself was extremely clean and well laid out, and had some beautiful, thoughtful inclusions inside. What looked like a dam in the photos turned out to be a pool in a water course and was the perfect spot to be. Once the sun got low it felt private enough for us be comfortable and feel alone out there which was exactly what we wanted. "Such a beautiful house, we had a super comfortable stay. The yard was perfect for our fur babies, they had plenty of space to run around. Kitchen was fully equipped and there were even a few games for the kids to play. Would definitely stay here again "

"The most spectacular 360 degree of the Manning Valley. The tiny house had floor to ceiling windows to lay in bed and watch the stars and sunrise. Lots of local small towns to explore. A gorgeous, peaceful, good for the soul weekend. Highly recommended for stress relief and total brain/digital decompress. "

"A lovely home but not ideal for 8 women who have not seen each other for a while and were a bit excited. We constantly had to remind ourselves when outside on the balcony. Neighbours deliberately stood in the street and counted heads and may have recorded us talking. Great home and facilities and location."

"Location perfect, house was lovely. Beds fantastic. Was not a modern home but it was perfect for our families. The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that. Please don’t let the previous reviews stop you from booking. We had a great holiday. "

"The unit itself was great and the proximity to beach, petrol, cafe, restaurant, grocery store so convenient. Far less hectic than Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay but close enough for an easy drive and day out."

"Yes- the driveway is steep! But it was no problem for us. The property is beautiful, clean, fresh and updated and the view and location are excellent. Best equipped kitchen of any short-term rental we’ve been in. It was great and we would book again!"
