Relax and reconnect with family and friends at Lakefront Palms, your perfectly located getaway on the shores of Lake Eildon. With space to sleep 13–15 guests, everyone can spread out, play, or simply unwind.



Fire up the BBQ with a cold beer, sip bubbles by the fire, or just sit back and take in the sweeping lake views framed by the serene hills of the Great Dividing Range. Kids will love the freedom to splash, play and explore right from the backyard. With Mansfield only 15 minutes away, Mt Buller just over an hour, and the famous Bonnie Doon pub across the bridge, it’s the ultimate year-round escape.



The Space



Lakefront Palms spans two levels, designed for both relaxation and fun:



Downstairs: Open-plan lounge with games area, bar, combined laundry/shower, separate toilet, and a spacious bedroom.



Upstairs: Main living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, king bedroom with ensuite, two additional bedrooms, and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.



Sleeping arrangements:



Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, 2 x single bunks (sleeps 5)



Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 king bed with ensuite



Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 queen bed



Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 double bed, 2 x single bunks (sleeps 4)



Extra: Fold-out double sofa bed in downstairs lounge



Guest Access



Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of the garage and service cupboard.



Other Things to Note



Two split systems (heating/cooling, one on each floor), portable heater for extra comfort, and a cosy wood fire downstairs (firewood supplied).



Coffee machine with pods provided.



All linen and shower towels included.
