"We were a group of 4 couples from Ohio. We have rented probably 24 homes and condos through VRBO. Mostly they have been on lakes or at the ocean in the midwest, east coast, southeastern US. I was a bit surprised at all of the high ratings for this particular house.It is a very basic house, one that only the bare minimum was done to make it into a rental. This doesn't make it bad, but it doesn't make it as nice as most of the places we have rented. The grounds are in need of maintenance, shrubs...
