This villa is located in a residential area and close to many activities: running, hiking, paragliding, swimming, tennis, skiing etc.

The house is facing south, located between Geneva, Lake Geneva and ski resorts. Chamonix, Flaine, Courchevel, Annecy etc.

Side stroke of heart, there is behind the residence a garden of 700m2 and a nice small cottage equipped with a jacuzzi and sauna professionals.

At your convenience you can use the jacuzzi and sauna at a price of 50 euros per day for an unlimited daily in addition to the price of housing.
