We have rented many places on lakes in many areas. THIS WAS OUR FAVORITE! Upon arrival, we were so happy with everything. We had a fire pit with chairs for all of us to sit around and chat. We had a wonderful screened in porch where most of our family members just sat and enjoyed conversation. This place was equipped with everything possible to not have to worry about having to go out and get anything. It was perfect. The bedrooms were beautiful, immaculate and just the right size for everyone we loved the lake views and enjoyed fishing. One of our teenagers caught a nice size fish and it was so much fun! Thank you, Richard and Charmayne. This will be our favorite future place to stay here in SC!!

We didn’t want to leave!

We have spent a lot of time at the lake over the last few years and have enjoyed watching the progress of seeing this beautiful property being completed. When we saw the cottage was available to rent we couldn’t wait to see it for ourselves. It was even more incredible than we had anticipated. We feel so lucky to have experienced a wonderful long weekend here. Richard and Charmayne went above and beyond to make this a wonderful trip for us. One of the highlights of the trip was getting to speak with them and hear about how they were able to build something so special. The house is beautiful and clean and has everything we needed. The hosts arranged for everything and were more than accommodating. We spent a lot of time under the fans on the back porch because of the heat but even there the views were amazing and the sunsets were spectacular. We are already trying to find time in our schedules to come back!

The best rental on the lake! Spacious home for our entire family that was fully stocked; not your regular “start up” needs, but literally enough for your entire stay! I can’t say enough about the boat dock & the view! Our grands thoroughly enjoyed jumping & swimming off the dock and reeling in big fish! We will most definitely stay again!
