This fully renovated holiday apartment (2025) is located directly on the "Feuerroute" themed hiking trail and is the perfect starting point for relaxing walks and hikes through the Drachenfelser Ländchen. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a comfortable atmosphere all year round.



The apartment spans two floors and offers 48 m² of space for up to 2 guests. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance area, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and a modern bathroom.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, as well as cutlery and crockery. Enjoy meals, cooking, or a relaxed evening together at the large dining table.



The bathroom features a comfortable shower with a heated bench. Washing machine and dryer are available for you free of charge.



Upstairs, there is a hallway and a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a smart TV. The reading corner with an armchair invites you to unwind. High-speed Wi-Fi and a fan are also provided. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.



Thanks to its quiet location and proximity to the "Feuerroute," the apartment is ideal for nature lovers. It is also a convenient base for trips to Bonn, the Ahr Valley, and the Siebengebirge. Arrival is easy with self-check-in. Street parking is available, and there is a shared charging station for electric cars.
