We had an outstanding stay at the beautiful Villa Riverpearl. The home provided many spaces to gather together both inside and outside, as well as seperate spaces to spend some quiet moments. The kitchen was well stocked, pool was refreshing. The host was welcoming and provided prompt and helpful communication throughout our stay. The location was absolutely 'paradise', waterfront with stunning sunsets.....as well as a short drive to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants.

The host went out of her way to have everything in order for our stay and it was very easy to communicate with her. The house was absolutely beautiful, well decorated and clean. The location was perfect for us as we traveled to Naples and Ft. Meyers. Our host also gave us information about things to do and places to eat around Bonita Springs. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool but it was nice. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect place !

Beautiful and clean house with all amenities. It has everything we needed and even more; pool toys, fishing rods&nets, beach chairs/umbrellas/towels. My son fished every day from the dock and caught plenty of fish. We also saw dolphin swimming right past the dock. Communication with the host couldn't be any better. Birgit was so friendly and replied fast for every question we had.

Beautiful House

My husband and I loved staying at this house. It was even better than the pictures. It had a great location to walk to downtown Bonita and was about a 15 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and watching the boats go by. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years!!We stayed with our 16 year old and she loved laying by the pool and the amount of space we all had to spread out. We had to work some days and wifi was perfect and the 4th bedroom was a great office space. I can’t say enough about Birgit, the owner couldn’t be more accommodating and supplies everything you could need. Communication is consistent and always replies when you have a question. The neighborhood was wonderful and quiet. We will absolutely be back! We had a wonderful time!

Better Than Expected!

Just beautiful! Birgit (property owner) was very attentive and friendly and made herself available. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. In South Florida you sometimes have to contend with unwanted pests in your house. There was none of that. We were able to enjoy a worry free vacation together and it felt just like we were home. It was central to all the things we love about the Fort Myers Beach area. I don’t know what else to say besides I highly recommend this property.

Location is perfect

Fun on the river, on the beach and combiner to restaurants and shops. Centrally located of you want to run up to aft Meyers or down to Naples and Marco Island. The outdoor living space is AMAZING! We enjoyed the mango and avocado trees as well.

Relaxing getaway

We have visited the SW gulf area for many years and always stay near water, this lovely home is located on a river canal which provided a nice breeze and the palm trees allowed for shade over the lanai. We so enjoyed the pool with all the options for seating within the lanai, most often we opened all the sliders to the home because even at 88+ degrees we were comfortable without the a/c. We kayaked and canoed and saw dolphin and manatee just off of the dock. We love the area and plan to come back!

Total blast!

We had a great last minute family get away! Owners were super flexible & responsive to our last minute changes. Got few great recommendations for local places from them! Barefoot beach & Delnor -Wiggins were amazing! (Both 10-15 mins drive from the property) saw dolphins at Barefoot beach right by the shore - was amazing! Can’t wait to be back!!!

Calm, quiet and relaxing family getaway for my husband and myself and our 3 boys.

My husband, 3 boys and and myself planned to travel to Florida from Springfield, MO for our wedding and were trying to decide on a beach view or a canal/river access home. After further review of many options for both, we went with this lovely, quaint home in Bonita Springs that offered much more than just a beach view. The beaches were only a 5 minute drive and baking in the sun all day isn’t everybody's idea of a family getaway. This home allowed for a variety of things to do while we stayed. Our 15 year old enjoyed being able to use the fishing poles and crab basket daily/nightly while fishing from the dock on the canal. He caught a variety of fish and also blue crabs using shrimp that we found from a local bait shop. As a family, we took the canoe and kayaks out to sight see around the canal. We actually spotted several gators and thought that was pretty neat. The home is very spacious and allows for a good number of people. Plenty of amenities were provided including beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys/floats, fishing poles and nets, a large patio with a screened in pool and outdoor cooking area. Not only did we greatly enjoy our stay, but the owners were very kind and quick to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future. I have nothing but great things to say about this home, the owners and the location. We highly recommend anyone who is searching for a vacation home in the area to seek this one out. Excellent communication with owner throughout our time there. The house was well furnished (furniture, beach supplies, spices, bike, and so much more). The location is excellent as it is tucked away at the end of a drive and sits right next to the river. Kayaks and a canoe were available with the house and could be launched right from the back yard! The salt water pool was well maintained and provided another option if we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. The beach, however was only 8 min away! Grocery stores nearby so you could cook at home if you wanted. There is even a grill. Living spaces inside and outside of the house. We would definitely book this house again when we return to Florida.

2 week getaway

The house was stocked with everything you could need. The lanai was our favorite spot to enjoy dinner, cocktails and watching all the activity on the river. It was a wonderful oasis while we spent time house hunting.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We booked this beautiful house for our family vacation and it did not disappoint! Lots of room for all of us to spread out and the location was quiet and convenient to shopping and beaches. The lanai was awesome, had lots of seating and lounging areas and a nice grill and dining space - we spent most of our time here relaxing by the pool and enjoying the sunny weather. Brigit and Rhonda (housekeeper) were both very quick to respond to all our questions. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit the area.

A very beautiful home at the end of a quiet street. Plenty of space to enjoy. lanai and pool area with outdoor kitchen very nice. On the river made for some fun times kayaking and exploring the area. Very convenient for biking around to other beaches. Overall an excellent home and location

Wonderful Christmas Break

We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing two week stay at Brigit's property in Bonita Springs, FL. First of all, Brigit is extremely helpful and excellent at communication. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had to move our flights a day early because of a huge snowstorm coming to New York- I emailed Brigit three days before departing and she allowed us to come a day early! She checked in on us to make sure we were doing well throughout our stay and sent recommendations for boat rentals and Christmas activities throughout the week. She wanted to ensure we had the best time! My 6 and 9 year old had a ball in the pool. We were poolside most of the two weeks. We enjoyed kayaking in the river- we saw iguanas and jumping fish! We went to the beach- an easy 8 minute drive away and ate outside on the beach at Doc's. Brigit has all the beach chairs, sand toys/buckets/shovels you could need, pool toys and floating toys- beach towels- you just have to show up! My kids liked the two mini-golf courses near by and there were so many grocery stores in close proximity, it made it easy to get groceries and cook. The kitchen is really well equipped with any pots, pans, plates you could ever need and the outdoor grill is wonderful too. The house is spacious and quiet at the end of the street. There was some construction across the river, but it wasn't too loud. My husband and I were able to work from home during one of our weeks and the internet connection could handle us both zooming. The bedrooms are spacious- especially the master bathroom! All in all there is everything you could need for a family to rest, relax and enjoy,. I highly recommend this rental home- particularly during quarantine, You don't have to leave, you have plenty of space, it's very comfortable, the owner is helpful and accomodating and as long as the weather is good- you are in for a treat! 5 stars!
