Pros: Easy check in and check out. Very kind and helpful on site property management staff. Bed was super comfortable. Views are wonderful! Bathroom shower was spacious and clean. Kitchen is well appointed. Beach chairs and beach/ pool towels are so nice to have. Great location with easy walk to Barefoot beach and nearby restaurants. A/C and ceiling fans work well.Cons: Floor seemed dirty and we wore flip flops and that solved it. Kitchen could have used a silicone spatula for frying eggs. Only had wooden spatula. Microwave is very high above stove - harder to use if you’re petite. Would we stay here again? YES!

Great place. Great Location.

The condo is just as pictured online. While small, it is very functional and very comfortable. The two of us could easily stay here for either short or long stays. The amenities provided were also as described online. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The restaurants within walking distance (Doc’s, Bonita Beach Cafe and Coconut Jack’s) were all excellent; we especially liked Doc’s. And the icing on the cake - the property manager is VERY responsive. We were in touch to just verify how to handle the parking pass, and I mentioned two very minor items that could be addressed in the future. And they sent someone over to address that day - and it was Saturday. We would definitely stay again, and would stay at other properties managed by this same company.

Nice condo close to the beach without the heavy pricetag.

We had a great stay at the condo once we were checked in. We were unable to unlock our door for 45-50 minutes and were not able to get in touch with anyone to help. It was on a Wednesday at 4:00. Once we finally was able to get into the condo it was all good from there. The condo was nicely stocked with beach gear and the renovation was very nice. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants nearby, which was nice because we did not have a car. Even though there was construction, it did not bother us at all.

Great stay!

The location was prime! The sunsets were on point every evening. This location is great to visit neighboring places. Food options are great and would definitely stay here again. There was some maintenance going on to the buildings but that was communicated and we didn’t mind. Place was great overall! Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

Quaint beach get-away!

This property was beautiful and recently renovated. The space was pristine, and offered many amenities. It was also right across the street from the beach and had a nice ocean view. The bed was comfortable with a firm king mattress.

Beautiful condo and view!

The condo is exactly as the pictures showed! We were quite pleased with the view from the balcony and the condo was super cozy! It was just perfect for the three of us, myself, my husband and our 15 year old son. The building was quiet, and conveniently located! We were grateful for the water hose stand at the northwest corner of the parking lot to wash off the sand from our time spent at the beach. We love Bonita Springs and we plan to come back next year!! I used the laundry room in building 3 and was pleased with the equipment and have no complaints! A few recommendations we would make is: 1. The floor needs to be steamed or mopped; not just swept. My feet were dirty from walking around the first night without shoes or socks. I wore flip flops the rest of the week when we were inside. I’ve found the floor gets neglected so often at VRBO homes. The condo was no exception. 2. Complimentary hand soap. We purchased some and left it in the condo for the next guests. Since you provide complimentary toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent, it would be very inexpensive to provide hand soap as well. 3. Check out instructions should include directions for towels used; so guests know where they should be left. There were linen instructions but no directions for the bath or hand towels and wash clothes. 4. The bathroom exhaust fan needs cleaned as this will help with the steam from the shower. All in all, we were pleased and plan to rent again!

Great location across from beach and close to restaurants. Would recommend replacing one of the beach chairs as we didn’t use because it was not clean. Otherwise. All was great!

Superb location

This property is exactly as described. Clean, and bright with everything needed for a grand vacation. The ongoing rehabilitation on the adjoining building was a nuisance but hopefully ending soon. Convenient access to everything makes it a perfect location with a spectacular view.

Excellent Studio very comfortable for 2

Fantastic view and location!! Not a 1 BR unit though, a studio with beautiful, recent remodel job, very nicely appointed and decorated!! Lots of free, spacious, safe parking, beautiful property in a very high end neighborhood, right across the street from the beach and a happening accommodating beach bar, lots of water and beach activities.

Cute studio! Nicely decorated

Good size studio for one couple. Couch sits low and can use a bigger screen tv. One beach chair was broken so we did t use. Full size beach towels would have been nice. Other than that the view is very nice! Kitchen is fully equipped and appliances are nice! Bed is king size and comfy! I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Beach Retreat!

This was an absolutely perfect beach getaway to bring my daughter and mother to for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beach -- along with the many amenities such a beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect oceanfront getaway! 🌊☀️🌴

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away. Almost everything you need is within walking distance (beach, restaurants) and the space was beautifully renovated with a gorgeous panoramic ocean view! Everything was clean, check in was a breeze, and they even included some nice little conveniences like beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. The shower was luxurious, and the bed was comfortable! We’ll be back!!

Great view but could use some love

We absolutely love Bonita Beach and this property, and this condo in Building 3 does have a great view and has been done up nicely. It also seems to have a newer air conditioner, which is nice as cooling can sometimes be a concern in these units. There is a management team working with this unit that increases the costs and also cuts a bit on the experience - it feels a bit more like a sterile hotel than a VRBO rental and there is a lack of attention to detail for things that can help make a stay more enjoyable. The kitchen and supplies were not as well stocked as many of the other units we have stayed in, and the “beach towels” were thin and basically see-through. It may be COVID-related, but basic spices and cooking supplies were a bit lacking, and the included amenities left much to be desired.
