It is a lovely property with a nice water view. It’s very close to the beach and there are several excellent restaurants within 15 minutes. The host was also very communicative and responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

we stayed in this property for 1 month. it was amazing from start to finish, so much so, we asked to rent it again for next year! every possible amenity was in the home. cleanliness was up to my insane standards :) easy to deal with the host, altho we had almost zero issues for the entire month! location is good, neighborhood is mega quiet, being on the water is amazing. sat on the dock all the time.

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation house! This home had everything we could possibly want and more. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from plenty of dining and shopping options. The property manager was very kind, helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to visit again!

The house was just incredible. I loved the modern vibe. It was very clean & had everything we needed. The pool & spa was awesome. Had a great view. The house is located just a few miles from the beach which was very nice. My family & really enjoyed the stay. We had great communication with the property manager. Relaxing and Comfortable Stay!

The house was beautiful and extremely clean and well-supplied. Host and property manager were easy to work with. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool was fabulous. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home ✨

The house is absolutely beautiful, super clean, very modern, easy check in and check out. The pool and spa was everyone’s favorite, easy to operate device to change lights, heat, jets. The pool and the upper deck are covered with screens so you can grill, swim chill and eat. The master bedroom is huge with walk in modern closet. The only problem we had the first day air conditioning went out, but the host Ines was very responsive to the problem and provided 5 fans for each room to keep us cool until it was fixed next morning. Don’t think twice …. Book it!!!

Perfect home!

The house was better then listing!!! It is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing and the view was even better. Quick car ride to shopping restaurants and the beach. The host was very helpful and we liked her meeting us at the property to answer any of our queations at check in. Only hiccup was no AC 2 nights. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house and great location

Our vacation was amazing. The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ever want. It is relaxing sitting out by the pool and watching the boats, kayaks and jet skis go by. The neighborhood is very peaceful and close to everything. You don’t have to get into a bunch of traffic to go to any store. I would definitely recommend this house to people who want a relaxing and peaceful vacation while living in luxury.

Another Wonderful Stay @ Bonita Springs Villa

Exceptional property, very unique, not another one around like it, as far as I know. Open, light, beautiful. Great pool & hot tub. Furniture, appliances, all top notch. Only problem is it's so nice it books up very quickly! Highly, highly recommend it. Just not on the dates we want it.

Fantastic 5 Star Experience

Reading the reviews helped us select this property so it's only right we leave a review and pay it forward. My family and I stayed a week and had a 5 star experience all around. The location is great for getting to many beaches in a short amount of time. Plenty of shopping and eateries nearby. Pool area and lanai were perfect. The house is very well appointed, clean, and has everything you may need. Beautiful décor, nice touches all around, and just an overall very welcoming vibe. The hosts really know what they are doing here, and I can attest, it is a cut above the rest as we've stayed in many other rentals in the area. This one stands out and you will not be disappointed with the selection. Book it and enjoy!

Perfect stay!

Spent a fantastic week at this property, everything was excellent! Pool/patio area very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Quiet residential neighborhood but a short drive to the beach and Naples. Rented bikes for the week and that made getting around even easier. We would return in an instant!
