Perfect size for my family. Loved the fenced yard for the dogs. Had to keep the ceiling fans on high to keep it cool in the unit. Once we figured this out, it was a great stay.

Great location and great house

I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and the house is really comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is really nice and quite and you can walk into old Bonita Springs and beaches are close by.

Cleaness

Love the house, we enjoy the stay. But the pans were dirty and I have to wash the the ones I used. The master room needs new mattress and bedspread, I’m a hotel GM and will better if the beds don,t have bedspread like the hotels, but. Will comeback soon.

Great Location for Spring Training.

This was a great location. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. The amenities were perfect. We stayed at the Tucker House for or spring trading trip. Well located next to baseball fields and beaches.

The property is very charming. Fully equip kitchen and everything we had hoped it would be. The only issue for us was the bed, it was so soft we rolled into the middle. If you like soft bed then this place is ideal.

Our second stay at Tucker house was even better than the first!

Everything we needed was available in this quaint historic home. Comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting in the front screened-in porch as well as the large backyard pavilion. We love the location; morning/evening walks through the park adjacent to the property lead us downtown for coffee, wine and ice cream. What a treat! The home is close to many great restaurants, beaches, local attractions and shopping. We Maybe we’ll try out the bikes and kayaks next trip!

Frozen First Night

Was surprised to discover the house had no central heat. It was freezing inside from a 3 day cold snap prior to my arrival. Had to look around for space heaters which took hours to warm the rooms. Got into an ice cold bed the first night. Still chilly next morning. There was a problem with the hot water. Furniture was uncomfortable and needed to be rearranged to see TV. Not a good value at all.

Wonderful stay

The property is beautiful! We enjoyed the screened-in front porch for morning coffee and the back outdoor dining area for lunch. There were thoughtful little touches like toilet paper in the shape of a rose that my 4 year old keeps talking about! Only complaint is the master bed, a little uncomfortable and noisy bed frame each time you move around, and sheets were very stiff. Otherwise, loved our stay!! About 10 minutes from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Historic was way overrated

This house is historic but don't let that fool you. Bonita Springs was once a very nice small town in Southwest FL but not anymore. This house is located in a not so good looking neighborhood. It backs up to a walk way park with a bridge that connects park with street in front of house. There is lots of walking traffic right next to house. The cleanliness was not good either. If you have visitors there is no couch or sofa in living room. I highly recommend paying the extra money and stay in Naples. We have never been disappointed leasing there and you are in a much safer area too.

Amazing Property for Mature Adults

Beautiful setting. Love this house. Immediately felt like home. Quiet surroundings near quaint historic downtown. Wonderful amenities. A beautiful home to retreat, feel like you have traveled to distant land, yet so close anything you need
