The location was great. The beach was lovely and practically across the street. There were many sand toys for the children. The size of the home worked well for our family of eight. We were all able to spread out. The property manager was helpful and attentive when there was a problem. I would have appreciated more attention to cleanliness.

Great space for our group in a perfect location

We had a great stay, plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The company operating the location was helpful and responsive to our needs. We appreciated the flexibility on check in time. We chose the location for its easy walks to two beach access points and to Bonita Boat Rentals. The place was clean inside and is about due for an outside cleaning, and the room on the top floor is a work in progress, but none of that bothered us at all or detracted from our stay. We would gladly return (and it's pretty likely we will).

Great house and beach

House was as described. Large rooms. Very clean. Modern. Beach is very easy walk. Very quiet area. Beach was not crowded. Immediate area did not have restaurants but short drive had plenty. We enjoyed our stay very much. Not a tourist area, but quiet, beautiful residential beach. Quite a lot of stairs though.

Bonita beach stay

Skyfall is overall a clean, spacious, nice property. 4 good sized bedrooms (a great kids room) and lots of outdoor porches/hang out areas. The walk to the beach was very short and easy (4 mins). The area has recently been hit by another hurricane so many homes are under construction and the beach/roads have some debris and sand piles. Arlan (the property manager) was accommodating and responded quickly to issues! The pool heater was unfortunately not working the entirety of our stay but he sent someone over multiple times to attempt to remedy. The thermostat is controlled remotely by home owner and lowest temp was determined by them (Arlan was able to come over and work at setting it lower on one level) but it resets to a much higher temp every few hours so you can’t control your own temp. The home was comfortable and easily accommodated our thanksgiving dinner. To be noted- the upstairs crows nest area is not usable (I’m assuming from hurricanes) with a granite counter on the floor, a few screens missing from multiple linai areas; entry way and stairs are subfloors/unfinished wood and house could use a little face but l overall we had a nice stay!

Nice location within short walk to the beach

Spacious comfortable home just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house is clean and perfectly fit our family of 7. We were able to cook whatever we wanted with the kitchen supplies. Swimming in the heated pool was enjoyable. Perfect for a family getaway.

A Perfect Family Holiday

We have just returned to the frigid North from beautiful Bonita Springs and Skyfall South. The house was perfect. 4 spacious bedrooms in a well appointed home across the street from Bonita Beach. The pool was nicely heated and provided a nice place to longe for those who did not want to hit the beach. The beach is very quiet and peaceful. If you need more action walk/drive sounth to Doc's (~1 mile) and there you can enjoy seadoo rentals, parasailing, food and beverages. And if you need even more action you can drive north to the hustling, Fort Myers beach. One thing I would recommend is to take reusable water bottles with you. We ended up buying bottled water to take to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to return anytime.

Excellent

Communication with Arlan was excellent. We could not have asked for a better home to stay in. The beach cover, chairs, and equipment made it so we didn’t have to buy them ourselves when we took the very short walk to the beach. Very comfortably fit our family of seven with everyone still having room to be alone.
