This property is 10 out of 10 exactly as posted. Great communication. Easy check-in. Very clean inside and out. Lots of beach toys & set-ups. How-to videos on anything you can imagine in the house. Pool / spa clean. Unobstructed view of the pool and the beach at the same time. Great map of nearby restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay at this property again.

It is the perfect home to enjoy a family gathering. It has everything you would want to make your beach stay perfect. The view is breathtaking. The beds are so comfortable. The home is impeccably clean and tidy. They have thought of everything. The beach is so pretty. The pool and hot tub was great. The sunsets were gorgeous. We had a fantastic time.

This property is OUTSTANDING!

We are in love with this home. We enjoyed a week at this beautiful home and we are in love. Everything was perfect and exactly as posted. Every convenience that you could imagine. The host Crissy took care of everything. Stocked the groceries before our arrival, helped setup a dinner at the house and delivered dessert ahead of time. She is outstanding. We are already talking about returning next year.

As you walk in the front door, the view across the infinity pool to the ocean is breathtaking! We arrived with eight adults (Grands, adult children, spouses) and six children between them. This house had something for everyone, from workout equipment, stand up paddle board, to children’s games ! The interior was beautifully appointed and provided multiple gathering areas Outdoor kitchen and decking were spacious and lovely. Our grandchildren were up every morning and amusing themselves in the game room bounce house, video games and air hockey table. before we hit the beach! Location was secluded enough that we had plenty of beach privacy but could easily drive to activities. Kudos as well to the rental company personnel! How lovely was it to arrive to a gift basket taking into account the age range of all guests! Checked in and out was easy. Would most highly recommend.

Beautiful Bonita Beach House

This home offered plenty of space for our group of family and friends. The home was exceptionally well equipped with all that we needed. We kept discovering new amenities as the week went on. The infinity pool overlooking the Gulf was a favorite spot for most as well as Sharkey’s Bar. The manager and her assistant responded very quickly to any questions we had prior to the trip and during our stay.

Fabulous beach home!

Our family of 12, ages 3 - 78 had a wonderful week. Eight adults and four kids aged 3-10. The home was well provisioned, clean, and comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided: paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, spices, kitchen supplies, linens, etc. The location is great! Ten minute walk down the beach to Doc’s. Truly an amazing property.

Great multi-generation home.

Extended family, ages 3 - 78. The home was well stocked and meticulously outfitted. The beds are great, the view is unbeatable, and the pool setup was perfect for monitoring kids while hanging out. Grandkids 3, 6, 7, and 10 especially loved the pool. SUPs provided frequent entertainment for the adult parents and kids. Walkable to Docs. 5 star all the way

Fantastic Home

We have rented high end homes several times in Bonita Beach, as well as having stayed at the Ritz Naples (10 minutes south) dozens of times. This home is one of the most expensive to rent on Bonita Beach, but compared to other options on the beach, with a pool, etc. or compared to the prices at the Ritz, it is worth it. This home has been built and furnished to live in - not just to rent. Every detail has been thought through extensively from numerous refrigerated drawers throughout the house, to the furnishings, to the design of the pool and hot tub, outdoor and indoor living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms, etc. It is heads above the other homes we have rented on Bonita Beach and elsewhere throughout the world. I highly recommend.

Perfect Location and Home

Property manager was very responsive from the beginning to end of stay. Home was in the perfect location, clean, has everything we needed and technology was easy to use. Our family consisted of people ages 3-76 and there was something for everyone at the house. Will be coming back again to stay!!

Beach House Dreams

From the moment we stepped onto the property, we never left - this should say it all! The home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your dream beach vacation. It was nearly impossible to get our kids out of the game/theater room (not pictured). We quickly became "Fast & Furious" champions and played cornhole tournaments. Going to the beach was a breeze as the home provided ample chairs and umbrellas. The sand was powder-soft, and the waters were clear; the kids really enjoyed looking for shells daily. Not to mention, great neighbors - this is a family-friendly area. Each bedroom was exquisite and tastefully decorated, each with its own private bathroom. The master suite - wow! Just wow! Waking up to gorgeous unobstructed ocean views felt surreal. Did I mention that we are from Miami, and beaches are nothing new to us? But this, this was just something of pure bliss. We enjoyed many nights out on the patio listening to the ocean while cooking on the barbecue. We loved that it was a smart home equipped with all the latest technology. iPads are provided in all rooms for easy access to control systems. Our family looks forward to coming back as we had to promise our three-year-old that this wouldn't be his last visit to "the best big beach house."

Wonderful home, location and management

Incredible home. The home is brand new and includes all kinds of extras, including paddle boards, boogie boards, games and more. Our family had an incredible time and the management was super supportive. They made sure we had everything needed for our stay, the staff are great communicators. The location of the home is perfect, the beach in front is peaceful and beautiful. In addition the home is close to lots of great restaurants and stores. We found the house to be one of our favorites. You will most certainly enjoy this house.
