Great location/great pool

The house was nicely furnished and quite comfortable. What was really outstanding was the private salt water pool. The location was close to the beach and restaurants, would definitely stay there again

Third Time!!

I don’t know how else to say it.. PERFECT. Our favorite home away from home for sure. My family has stayed here a total of 3 times. It would be many many more if it were not booked already. It’s QUIET and PRIVATE and COZY. It is less than a mile away from everything we love about Bonita and Fort Myers Beach. Thank you so much for the hospitality and I will always try to spend my money on this house first!

Bonita Springs getaway

Host was very receptive!Adon answered all of our questions and even offered to let us stay a few hours longer because no one was renting the following week.We would definitely recommend staying there again and would absolutely recommend to friend and family to stay there!

Great home in perfect location

Home and pool were just as described and very clean. Perfect location and quiet neighborhood. Little glitch with our entry code but quickly resolved. Comfortable home, great beds, nice bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed, and pool was very nice. Saw manatees in the canal which was so cool! Would highly recommend.

Strandnahes Ferienhaus in Bonita Bay

Das Haus ist gelegen inmitten einer Wohnsiedlung, sehr günstig zum langen Sandstrand von Bonita und weiter nach Fort Myers. Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer eine Wohnküche einen Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine Terrasse mit Pool. Die Sanitärobjekte sind neu und angenehm. Die Terrasse mit Pool ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das am ersten Tag nicht funktionierende Internet wurde sofort behoben und lief danach einwandfrei. Leider hatten wir eine zugenagelte Decke im Wohnzimmer und wurden darüber erst 2 Tage vor Anreise informiert. Das kann man sicher auch anders lösen.

Well-located

Property is a duplex, lovely inside and comfortable. Outdoor pool relaxing. Situated on a residential canal. Near restaurants, shops, Hwy 41 & I-75. House was pristine. When we arrived we could not get in. The code for the electronic door lock was not what we had been sent. Florida Coastal Properties has no emergency number only the General number and leave a message. The guys in the other side of the duplex kindly called the owner and after a lot of back and forth we were able to get in. Otherwise, the property was excellent. Great things to do on the area.

Not As Expected

I have rented multiple VRBO properties and have never had a negative experience until now. Upon our arrival, I noticed there was dirt and debris in the bottom of the pool. I checked the chlorine level and there was no detectable free chlorine. I sent an email to the contact I was provided making them aware that I felt unsafe swimming in a pool without free chlorine and therefore could not use the pool. I was told the pool would be serviced the next day. When I hadn’t heard anything by 2 pm the next day, I reached out again. I was told someone would be coming. At 6 pm when we still hadn’t had anyone come, I contacted them again. About a half hour later, a man was seen entering the pool area to take care of the pool. The man, who later identified himself as the owner, was clearly agitated and was throwing things around and muttering to himself. He hung around the property for a bit and then began to bang on the front door. We answered the door and spoke to the man, who at that point said he was the owner. Even though his tone with us was hostile, we thanked him in hopes that he would leave. About 10 minutes later, we went out to the pool. The owner had not left and he once again entered the pool area. At that point he became aggressive towards us and I became uncomfortable with the escalating situation and called the Sheriffs department. Due to this unfortunate situation, we felt that staying at this property was not in our best interest and had to leave the property. The property is managed by iTrips. We are so grateful to iTrips. When we contacted them and informed them of the situation, they were extremely professional and helpful and found us a property to relocate to for the rest of our stay. I cannot say enough about our positive experience with iTrips and look forward to working with them in the future.

Fabulous home in Bonita Springs, FL

This fabulous home in Bonita Springs, FL is the perfect getaway with every amenity possible to enjoy with family and friends. The in ground pool, canal out back and the Weber BBQ charcoal grill are extra bonuses. The homeowner, Adon, was our pool guy and was certainly a pleasure to meet. The open concept living space and care that has been taken is stellar. All beaches and restaurants are within very reasonable driving distance. At the of the day, it was difficult leaving but we shall be back. Special thanks to the property management team, especially Aiden, who was very helpful during our arrival and of course to Adon, the homeowner. My new favorite spot

I lived in Fort Myers for several years before moving back to Indiana. I really didn’t want to vacation where I had lived before however this was 30 minutes south of where I lived so I figured I could show my friends around. I am so glad I did. The house was perfect in a great location in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. A beach within three minutes, shopping and great restaurants all around. The pool was always clean and not a single complaint about the house. I cannot wait to go back.

A phone number for emergency was not provided!

We had a visitor in a uhaul truck who said he was supposed to check into our unit. He would not leave. It scared me. I had to call Vrbo for help and waited a while for help. The rep did not understand me (Foreign). I had to repeat over again. There was NO number provided for emergencies in the unit. The guy was supposed to check in to the unit next door. He finally left and went next door. He only stayed one night and left. Seems odd especially since there a minimum of 5-7 night stay required. The rest of the stay was ok because I kept thinking he was coming back. Call me if you want to make this clearer.

Great property with a pool. Minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Loved the location on the canal. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Would be great for a family vacation to access both rentals.

Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated so everything was in great condition. We loved the pool! My kids swam morning to night. My husband and I enjoyed lounging on the anti-gravity chairs on the lanai. The new swivel rocking chairs next to the dock were very relaxing. This property was in a great location, so getting places (like Publix) was very simple and quick. We really appreciated the beach toys left in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!
