Wonderful Home

Property had everything you could want except a dust pan. There was construction on the beach which prevented its use for three days. But on ramps were finally created for access. Noise and lights were excessive but not owners doing. Highly recommend.

One of the best properties at which we have stayed. Cleanliness above and beyond. It really made us feel like we were staying in a friend's house. Everything you might ever need was there. The few things that needed attention were dealt with quickly. Beach was awesome as was the ground floor entertainment areas. Thank you.

Amazing Property

We stayed at this property and could not have been happier. The Tiki Bar and Game room were perfect, we used them every night. Plenty of space for the 11 people we had, the elevator was great to have as well. It was extremely clean, great location, and we caught some fish right off the shore.

Amazing Beach House!

We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary with family ages 10-74. The house had more than enough room and drinking morning coffee on the balancing while seeing dolphins was amazing! The pool was heated and plenty warm for December swimming. Arlan was extremely responsive any time we had a question. I would highly recommend!

Family Fall Vacation

We were expecting a beautiful beach house when we arrived ,and we got that and more. This house is gorgeous! The pool and tiki bar were big hits with our grandson’s. In addition to the house being spectacular, the beach is beautiful here too. We saw lots of dolphins and collected lots of shells. We made a lot of good memories here.

Simply The Best!

Wow, this beach house rocks! Where do I start? We had 11 of us ranging from 14 to 82 years young:)! All of us had the best time. The view of the beach is overwhelming. 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths plus 2, 1/2 baths! The kitchen is well stocked and the perfect size. The 2nd floor balcony was used the most! We watched turtles hatch, dolphins swim and paddle boarders paddle! The kids loved the pool and the BEACH was simply amazing. We will be headed back to spend more time chilling at this awesome beach house in Bonita Springs!

Exactly what we were looking for

The location was perfect. Quiet stretch of beach almost felt like it was private. Pool in the shade made for a great combination. The view from the porch and balconies was incredible. House fit our needs perfectly with 1 King suite and 4 rooms with Queen beds. The downstairs entertainment area and Tiki Bar area were a fun place to bond in the evenings. Arlan the property manager was responsive throughout and stopped by to check in and make sure everything was going well during our stay. We definitely plan to stay again.

Heavenly family vacation to the beach in sunny FL

We had 10 family members on this trip. The property was large enough to accommodate everyone very comfortably. We have a child with mobility limits, so the elevator was especially helpful for her to navigate the home without assistance. I highly recommend this property.
