The host was very welcoming checking to make sure we had everything we needed. A generous amount of supplies was provided including little things like dish soap, salt & pepper etc. Lovely spacious home in a great location on a quiet street with a well cared for yard and heated pool. Would stay here again! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay here last month with our family!!!! It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our twin 13 year old boys. They provided everything we needed for a great stay. We were here for almost a month and it was just what we needed to recharge and relax. It is only 10 minutes from the beach and walking distance to groceries and much more. We loved the heated pool! Any issues that arose were quickly solved by the team. George even brought over a brand new foosball table for the boys to use and they loved it. Would recommend for sure!!

We enjoyed a great holiday in a beautiful home in a lovely location Sept 2025. Marco was always available if we needed him which we didn’t as this house was perfect for us. Super clean and very well stocked with everything you would need, close to local shopping within walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

Bonita Springs Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Bonita Springs. There were four of us - 2 adults and 2 two kids ages 11. We were very comfortable, house was equipped with everything, house was spacious and just as advertised. Marco was very responsive and the house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and on a dead end street which was ideal. We used the pool everyday and it was perfect for our family. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to come to Bonita Springs and hope to be back!

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

This place was amazing!! The pool and lanai was the highlight of the stay! The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The property was conveniently located to everything while still providing a private tranquility. Communication with Marco & Zuzana was easy. I cannot say enough! We hope to return soon!

Amazing home

Stayed here for a golf/fishing tournament. Home was perfect. We only had 4 of us but would have been perfect for our wives to come along. Pool was great, (beach towels included) new grill, and a well stocked kitchen. Will stay here for next year's event. Special thanks to Marco for quick responses and going the extra mile to make our trip 1100% awesome.

Amazing stay in Bonita!

Fantastic home in a great part of town. Close to beaches and restaurants. Marco and his associate were phenomenal. Water wasn’t super hot first day and he responded immediately and they installed a new water heater the next day. Pool was very fun and lake view was awesome. Will definitely be back.

We were so happy with our stay. It felt so homey, clean, loved the layout and the pool. It had everything you could need. Everything with check in and check out was easy, communication was great with Marco. This was my favorite rental yet! We can’t wait to go back and stay here again

Wonderful Bonita stay

We just enjoyed 9 nights in this lovely home. It was clean, well presented with a large pool. The location was excellent. Although we were unfortunate (some would say fortunate) not to see any alligators in the lake, we did enjoy the antics of a number of iguanas outside the lanai. We have been coming to Florida for a number of years and have never seen them before. We would happily return again

Location, location, location!

We have had a wonderful stay in Bonita Springs! The house was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. Very well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time here. What we liked the most about this property was maybe the location and proximity to everything we enjoy, like the beach, shopping and restaurants etc. Also the host, Marco, is very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. We will absolutely consider this house for our next trip to SWF :-)

Great Getaway!

We had a great 5-day stay. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and the sunsets. Location was super convenient for everything from groceries to restaurants to shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Vacation

Once again we had an amazing vacation at this house. We have stayed here multiple times and we keep coming back because of the the experience we have. An excellent stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in an excellent location close to all the amenities, shops, beach, and restaurants, It overlooks a lake and has great sunset views. Everything was provided, we never had to bother the property manager, and we even had a friendly family of iguanas! Hoping we can rent again next year.

Second visit

This is our second time to this property as it is a lovely home and comfortable! We enjoy the location to beaches and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. And also appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels for our use while there! The heated pool was a huge plus for our family too! The property manager was easily accessible and helpful! It definitely was a wonderful vacation for our family!

Gorgeous lakefront pool home

This home is spectacular. We enjoyed the sunsets over the lake a lot as well as outdoor breakfast in the morning on the screened patio. The sparkling pool was super refreshing and relaxing. The whole house is remodeled and the kitchen is simply beautiful. Marco was a great host and super responsive. Checking in and out was super easy. We will definitely be back in the future.

Another Great Vacation

We had another great vacation staying in this house. We have stayed here before and have never had any issues. The house was under new ownership this year and Marco was very prompt in responding and easy to work with. The house has been updated since we last stayed with a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Our kids love the pool and we loved the view from the patio area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We are already booked for next year!
