Back to school August stay

This one bedroom unit is in the perfect location facing right on to Bonita Beach. It’s on the top floor (10th). The unit had everything we needed and although the building is currently under renovations, it did not impede our stay. For two people, the unit is perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo and location but we hope the area continues to improve.

We really enjoyed the condo and the beach but there were some odd things. Our main question would be is seeing there has been no reviews since 2022 were we the first rental since hurricane Ian? We now notice that the listing is currently different than what it was 6-8 weeks ago whenever this unit was booked. Seemed like it had an old listing and has since been updated. I would recommend anyone to see the 3 smaller paragraphs about the construction and the repair from the hurricane. If your someone like us that enjoy using the amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts) it was a little disappointing to see all those items closed or in disarray. Check in was a little odd, the information from the property manager had the incorrect unit number in the heading. That mixed in with door being unlocked due to dead batteries in the lock left a lot of uncertainty. Before entering we went back down to check the building number and reviewed the emails and realized a different unit number was referenced below in the email. Just a couple of other things like the office being open different times than what was relayed, one lock box for the only pickleball court with a net you had to put up every time that we didn’t know about for a handful of days, no place to wash your sandy feet, and the Cable didn’t work that well. The unit has the ability to be exceptional and we really hope it can get back there.

Loved the addition of the wall to separate living room from bedroom area. The only downside was the sofa. It was very hard and uncomfortable. We loved the view and the location.

Loved Bonita Springs

Bonita Beach & Tennis is great. Location and area is tremendous. Unit we were in was dated but the view was spectacular.

Loved the place... great view, clean, perfect location across the street from the beach and Doc's Bar and Grill. Didn't like the plastic cover over the mattress but I can understand why.

Great Location

This property was small, as advertised, but large enough for two to three people easy. Located across the street from Doc's Beach House, we had easy access to the beach, food and drinks. There is a restaurant on the property as well with fresh and tasty options as well. Highly recommended.

Can’t beat this ocean view. Looks right into the sunset. Good food and beach right across the parking area. Tons of good food places within few miles. If there was a down side, it would be the pool. It was clean but just plain and average. So if fancy pools with waterfalls and tropical plants and cabanas are your thing, this isn’t your place. If it’s beach and view then this is the place!! My wife and I are fancy pool people, but we still really liked this room. Full kitchen too if you like to make your own food. Also wanted to mention the balcony had two nice big rocker/swivel chairs with cushions. Very nice touch as you will likely spend a lot of time out there enjoying the view. This is a great room for a couple. Trying to fit more people than that would make the room uncomfortable and crowded.

Great location and gorgeous sunsets!

Extremely clean property and the bed and linens were extraordinary! It was nice that great restaurants were within walking distance and a cross walk with flashing lights that most people respected was right across the street to the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. I also appreciated the heads up about construction and painting on the nearby building. We never heard it within our condo unless on the balcony and the workers stopped by 4:30. I would highly recommend this rental!

Old, broken, and obstructing renovation view and noise starting at 8:30 am!! Air conditioning iffy,

Refrigerator broken upon arrival. Water everywhere!…Loud renovations starting at 8:30 am. Furniture worn. Paint peeling in the bathroom. No plugs for my cpap machine. No “Welcome package “ as described. Water in shower burned me at all turns. ……,On the plus side, the bed was comfy.(bring your own down pillows if you like soft) the outdoor furniture comfortable and bedroom tv great reception and clarity!

Best option for beach trip!

This short-term rental is outstanding in every way. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, clean, and with the best views of the gulf. The bed is VERY comfortable and the spacious dressers are a great touch. Sofa and recliner are comfy. The partial wall between the bedroom and living room allows for privacy, though sound and light travel easily over the top of the wall. Still the wall and sliding doors create a welcome darkness to sleep in a bit more. I cooked several meals and had everything I needed to do so. TVs are new and the wifi is excellent. And then there’s the balcony and views of the beach/gulf. Breathtaking, regardless of the time of day but especially at sunset. Rockers on the balcony are inviting! Short walk to the beach and the owners have left almost everything you need for a full day there (umbrella, chairs, collapsible cooler, floating noodles). The conveniently located jet ski/SUP/kayak rental makes it easy to kick your vacation up a notch (and they are great!). The pool is pretty unremarkable but with the gorgeous white sand beaches right there I’m not sure why anyone would want to be in a chlorinated warm bath. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and am hoping to do so again soon!

Really good vacation

We enjoyed very much our vacation at Bonita Spring. The apartment is very good located, beautiful view and the beach access just across the street. Only thing was a noise because pressure washer cleaning, and some painting repairs. But it shows that they keep good maintenance.

Condo was clean, roomy, and an awesome view of the ocean.

We would definitely rent this condo again. The bed was very comfortable and the ocean view was breathtaking.
