This property is simply amazing. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you would need in a kitchen. It is a very good location and Lisa is a Great host and her communication about the property was excellent

Felt right at home

I loved my stay at Edenbridge. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was provided. The location was perfect. I love being close to Publix and Starbucks. The back deck, and tree was so enjoyable and relaxing. I would l definitely like to stay again.

This was a fantastic stay. The house was great. The owners were great to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and the grounds around the home looked like Hawaii. Thank you Lisa and Kirt for letting us stay there. A great place to stay. Thank you. Joe & Terri.

Fantastic Property and Location!

We stayed for 10 days in this lovely property. Everything was clean, new and very comfortable. Can't beat the location with easy access to shopping, Naples and old town Bonita Springs. Property manager was also great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

What you see and more!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here in Bonita. The house was even better than the pictures show; so clean and tastefully decorated! The outside deck was so dreamy with mature landscaping and string lights. Location of the house was so close to literally everything, but felt secluded when inside with all the stunning greenery. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Great hospitality, thank you Kirk and Lisa!

Fabulous Home, Location and Host!

My husband and I could be not have been happier with this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood in Bonita Springs. We were close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, and Naples and Fort Myers were quick trips so we explored those areas too. Lisa, our host, was helpful and made our stay so comfortable. The home itself was well appointed, clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The screened-in porch and back deck made us feel like we were in a secluded tropical setting. While there were only two of us, this home would work very well for two couples, since there are two bedrooms, each with its own bath and own sitting area, on opposite ends of the house.

Our almost stay

My family and and I wanted to get to safer location as hurricane Ion was approaching. Lisa gave the ok for me to bring both our dogs and allowed us to check in at 10am. She brought a futon mattress for our son to sleep on, since there were 5 of us. Her and her husband even bought and hung two tvs the night before the storm for my children. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay due to the house being in an evacuation zone also. The homeowners were kind enough to give Evolve permission to refund all of our money instead of a future voucher.

Wonderful Beautiful Home!

We checked in late Friday to stay the weekend… it was our 33rd wedding anniversary and the hosts Lisa and Kirk left us a lovely card and beautiful balloons which was a great personal touch- we loved their thoughtfulness! The whole place was beautiful inside as well as outside- there was plenty of seating areas on the deck, lights in the trees, a water feature, lots of shade and a grill to cook out… so much to enjoy we can’t even begin to think of everything but it was all so wonderful! The inside was all decorated with shells and starfish and the pelicans-my Uncle would have loved that, he loved pelicans! And we discovered this table in the corner of the front room, it was so beautiful- it was a glass top table with a turtle and its head was sticking out of it like out of the water it’s hard to describe other than that so you have to see it to know what I’m talking about, I mean this whole house was just amazing you have to rent it! It’s everything the way it’s described and more! Really enjoyed our stay! Everything was provided as listed! It’s our home away from home!
