  • Come enjoy this newly renovated 3rd floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the prestigious gated community of Bonita Bay! This condo comfortably sleeps 4 people with new furniture throughout, vaulted ceilings, resort style pool and spa, tennis courts, clubhouse and bbq area. Renters can also take advantage of the beach club beach shuttle, where attendants will setup your chairs and umbrellas. Have lunch at the picnic tables after grilling your meal at the bbq. Just bring your sunscreen and a great book, put your feet in the sand and relax, enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing on the private stretch of powdery soft sand.

    Master Bedroom

    Light and airy Bedroom with views out onto the lanai. Enjoy views of the beautiful golf course. Master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, has plenty of dresser storage and closet space for your stay. Enjoy the flatscreen tv with cable as you wind down at night after an eventful day outside. Attached to the master, is a fully equipped bright & fresh bathroom with granite countertops and new fixtures.

    Guest Bedroom

    Bring the kids or friends to stay with you! Enjoy 2 twin beds perfect for kids, grandkids or friends. This bedroom also comes with plenty of storage a flat screen tv and attached updated bathroom.

    Kitchen

    The beautifully renovated kitchen comes equipped with everything you need. Granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy appetizers, dinner and drinks on the screened in lanai.
    Refresh your clothes in the in unit washer and dryer.

    Living Room
    Bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, new furniture with a large flat screen tv. Enjoy views of the golf course looking out the screened in lanai.

    Wild Pines offers a resort style pool, spa and clubhouse. Bring your lunch down to the pool and enjoy your meal inside the screened in clubhouse. The clubhouse has a perfect setup with a microwave, refrigerator and outdoor gas grills. Pop over to hit some balls on the tennis courts.
    Bonita bay has miles of bike paths, butterfly garden, basketball and pickle ball courts, bocce ball, walking trails, playgrounds, fishing piers. Golf at the Bonita Bay club.

Great Wild Pines Condo

Had a great stay. Had two friends down golfing for a few days and they they went home and my wife joined me. All of us had a terrific time. Great condo and the host was fantastic.

Great rental unit

Good location, quiet, everything you need nearby. Very well equipped with ample cooking utensils, towels, toiletries, etc. Owner was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions, very helpful. Best VRBO experience we have had.

Two weeks in April

Property was very clean, stocked with all essentials, and Tina was easy to communicate with and answered promptly. . Location was close to many great restaurants. Bonita Bay is a wonderful development with three parks and many walking and bike trails. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic unit and owner

We love staying in Bonita Bay and Wild Pines is “the” place! Our unit was very well stocked (all the beach/pool stuff) and included bikes. The owner was extremely communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend Wild Pines and this particular 3rd floor unit near the community pool.

GREAT PLACE

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was so clean, had everything needed in bathrooms and kitchen. Was well stocked. Tina was amazing. She was very prompt on getting back with any questions before, during and after our stay! I would definitely book again. This was our first stay in Bonita Bay and loved every minute of it. It was the best!

Lovely week in Florida. Perfect vacation condo; close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Very clean, decorated upscale, had all the kitchen amenities, bathrooms/showers perfect- even had shampoo available if needed. Washer/dryer and detergent for our needs. Golf course a stones throw away. Quiet area - just perfect.

The condo is fresh, clean, and practical. Bonita Bay provides miles of paths for walking/biking. Great community. Tina is a perfect host; very communicative and available. It was a great week!!

Beautiful renovated condo. Great neighborhood. Very clean and amazing location

Tina was very friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. She always responded very quickly to any questions or request we had. The condo is very well equipped and very clean. It has been beautifully remodeled. We loved the neighborhood for walking and biking.

Bonita Bay Vacation

We stayed at the unit in mid April for 11 days. Tina could not have been more helpful and provided all we needed for a successful stay. The unit is perfect for 2-3 people/ or 2 couples / small family. Everything you can think of is provided from beach towels/coolers/bikes/ you name it as it is all provided for a turn key stay. Very clean, quiet, and on a beautiful grounds/complex of Bonita Bay

This condo is in a perfect location to get around the Bonita Springs / Naples area . It is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials. Communication was fantastic!

We have visited Bonita Springs the last five years and this is by far our favorite. Thank you Tina for sharing your condo. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. Everything was perfect and we will return.

Fully renovated property in a great location. Property came as advertised and Tina communicated quickly to any questions we had. Accurate and detailed check in instructions. First rate all the way and would recommend the property.

Exceed my expectations

Tina, the owner, is extremely helpful and very attentive. Without a doubt I would rent with her again. The unit was well appointed and most things seemed new. The location is great and Bonita Bay is gorgeous.

Simply delightful

Top ratings in all respects. Really nicely equipped kitchen, quality linens , tastefully decorated, nice cable TV package. Nice amenities; the Wild Pines section has its own pool&tennis; the Bonita Bay gated community has walking paths, bocce, pickle ball and a free beach shuttle. Relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in a great location.
