Home away from home

The house is stunning. Spent many days on the dock fishing and watching manatee. The owners could not have been kinder or more responsive to any questions. Located close to restaurants, shopping and beach…we enjoyed this stay!

The home is as beautiful as the pictures depict. A kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owners who make the stay so easy. And Royal Scoop Ice Cream is just up the street!

Family magical holiday

We have stayed at many Properties in the states as well as internationally and I can honestly say no other experience has ever come close to this one. Everything was perfection from the first contact to the day we left. We traveled with my 2 daughters, my son-in law, a 4 year old and 18 month old to celebrate Thanksgiving and my mothers 90th birthday. The elevator made such a difference as my father uses a walker and would have struggled with the steps. Not to mention how easy it made taking luggage to the top floor! The directions provided were excellent and made it super easy to enjoy all the amenities from the moment we arrived. The pool was warmed up so the kids could jump right in. I personally enjoyed the spa.. the adults had a great time in the game room. Many family challenges took place.. Amanda stayed in constant communication with us starting with updates from the hurricane (luckily minimal) and steps they were taking to ensure all would be ready for us. We had everything we needed for the little ones -including a child size rocker. She also checked in with us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I was a bit worried about having everything I needed to make thanksgiving dinner. Amanda reassured me. The kitchen exceeded my expectations and was even better stocked than my kitchen at home. Cooking was no issue.. The home is lovely- just like the pictures. It is absolutely stunning. The bedrooms were well prepared and the beds more comfortable than I have ever experienced at a rental property. We loved the lanai where we could watch the activity on the canal and could even see the sunset in the evening. The little ones loved to go out there and look for boats and birds. Amanda knew it was my mothers 90th birthday so left her a small gift. That made such a positive impact on my mother and to me demonstrated her desire to make a stay special and not just a transaction. We have previously stayed in the area at other rentals for equivalent cost but no where near this experience. I would give them a 20 out of 10 if I could. I highly recommend and we plan to return again in the future. Thank you Amanda for making our trip so special.

Lovely stay

Awesome house, Awesome Location

The listing pictures don't do this house justice - it's huge and is well worth the price. Well appointed, well stocked, clean, great location, quite street. Owners are great and resolved an issue in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was Such a dream!

This past week we took a vacation to this house and oh my gosh it was amazing! My husband, 3 kids and myself couldn’t have had a more relaxing time from eating almost every meal on the beautiful back porch, swimming from sun up to sun down in the amazing pool and spa and relaxing on this beautiful quiet street! The location was perfect with tons of wonderful restaurants within minutes, the best ice cream place and an amazing beach about a 3 min drive away. We cant wait to stay at this house again and again. Amanda and Thomas were AMAZING to work with very quick to respond and just so kind. We couldn’t have picked a better house to enjoy and we were lucky enough to have Amanda every step of the way! We will be back soon!! -Karley

Amazing house and the Best owners to work with.

We brought our family down for vacation. This house had everything we could have wanted. Well furnished and very accessible to the beach(only short drive). The pool was great and the game room was so much fun. We have rented quite a few times in this area and this was our BEST experience. The owners are awesome and quick to respond. They were very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect! By far, our favorite vacation in Bonita.

Location is perfect for enjoying everything from Captiva to Marco Island, centrally located around the county line of Lee/Collier. Easy access to Barefoot Beach at Bonita Springs or Wiggins Pass Beach in North Naples. Several excellent restaurants within one mile....Enzo's, C Level, Petras, Prime, etc. Amenities included heated pool/spa and canal access to Little Hickory Bay for water activities Amanda and Thomas were excellent hosts!

Wonderful place

I don’t want to repeat what the other reviewers said and will try to make it short. Location is perfect- quite, gated community, bike to the beach, walk to the several restaurants in the area. House is beautiful, clean, pool is warm. We swam every day. Basement is full of entertainment (even for adults). We fished from the dock and canoe. Owners are extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely book for the next season. Highly recommended!

Bonita Springs Getaway!

We had a great and relaxing stay in this beautiful home. It was clean, roomy and very well equipped ! The pool and hot tub were great as we spent time every day relaxing in them. This home was also in a fantastic location in a very nice gated neighborhood. close to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping. The owners were absolutely the best, always responsive and very helpful with any questions from the initial booking thru the end of our trip. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone considering visiting this beautiful area.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was very clean, spacious and just the right size for our family! The pool and hot tub were awesome as was the game room for those rainy afternoons. Also the dock is great for fishing! We enjoyed bike riding in the gated community as well as in the nearby neighborhood. This home was also in a fantastic location close to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping. Sweet Melissa’s ice cream was the best! The owners were super kind, always responsive and very helpful with any questions from the initial booking thru til the end of our trip. We would definitely recommend staying here. Perfect

Perfect house for our family of four, and two dogs. Description and pictures are spot on. Home is on a gated street, very private and safe. Pool, hot tub, fishing dock, kayaks, and game room were enough to keep us entertained all day. Check in and check out process was seamless. Host was great; checked in a couple times to see if we needed anything. Close proximity to the beach (5 min drive). Close to numerous restaurants, and shops. Epiphany Gluten Free Bakery (12 min drive) is incredible. We loved Bonita Springs. We will definitely stay again at this home during our next visit.

quiet and secluded

property was very nice, just like in the pictures. host was easy to get a hold of if they were needed for anything, went out of their way to check on us and if we needed anything. Would recommend a larger beach umbrella (or several) and cooler(s) for larger groups, in case they did not want to all go to same beach?
