Great place for a family gathering

We stayed with our family and loved the location right on the beach and close to great restaurants and things to do. A manatee swam right by us along the beach! The house is a perfect beach home with lots to do including the hot tub, beach loungers, umbrellas, kayaks and paddle boards. Cindi is an amazing host and clearly has put a lot of work and love into this home.

Wonderful Experience

Loved this location and property. So nice to truly walk right outside and be at the beach. Property had plenty of chairs and beach toys. Very pleased! My family and I gather each November to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the host, Cindy went above and beyond. She accommodated every need and even left a plant and a balloon for a surprise! Amazing personal touches in the property. Would stay again!

Great weekend getaway

Clean and amazing location. What a spectacular view of the sunsets. The host has paddle boards and kayaks to use. She was very nice and attentive. We had a great time.

Paradise on earth

First of all Cynthia the owner is fantastic The House is on the beach , with a jacuzzi . When u rent the first floor you Will have some shade It Is Marvellous to eat on the sand and see the sunset every evening 100 mèters away there is a beach restaurant

Great location on a beautiful beach!

Cyndi was a great host! She was always available and proactively communicated about the property. The house was very clean and we enjoyed a beautiful week on the beach! There were lots of great amenities for enjoying the beach - including chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, floats, surf boards and kayaks. There was also a lot of great shade under the patio.

Beautiful ocean view

This propery has the most amazing views. You'll literally walk right onto the beach. The interior has recently been renovated due to the Hurricane of 2022, so all beds and linens are new. It has a very colorful motive and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. It's in a very quiet area.

Weekend Getaway

The property and host were both wonderful. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. We were a bit disappointed the jacuzzi was no longer on the property but it was a lovely trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

This beachside rental was amazing! The convenient location and kayak/ paddle board amenities were much appreciated. However, I did not realize that when you book, you do not have the WHOLE house, therefore it is not too private. So, you share the top/bottom floor with another tenant. Unfortunately, we had a few hiccups with our upstairs neighbors who seemed to be what sounded like moving furniture up until midnight. They also stuck fishing rods into the sand and had their lines and hooks all over the beach leading into the water, so the hooks covered in seaweed were a hazard especially for the young and elderly. My brother almost stepped on a hook and I ran into their fishing line as I was walking into the water because it was trailing away from them as they caught a baby shark:( Other than the fact that we unexpectedly had to share the property, the actual property of the first floor was clean and accommodating. Cynthia was also very nice and communicative which we appreciated!

Location cannot be beat!

This was for the downstairs of the house and while there are nicer properties out there, the amenities are what made the property spectacular. We were visiting friends and their kids came over during the day for the beach - you could not ask for more! Sandcastle equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, and closet full of life jackets. Beach umbrellas were a lifesaver! There is a ton of wildlife in the water, pods of dolphins in the morning and afternoon , sand dollars and fighting conch in the sandbar in the evening. The sunsets are spectacular. Great place for kids and easy access to Publix and dining. If sleeping in the master - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the road noise on the weekends. Beds were comfortable. Cindy the property manager is amazing!

True amazing beachfront

If you want amazing, uncrowded beachfront location, amazing sunsets and very quaint and confortable housing this is your spot. We comfortably slept 6 in this 3 bedroom 1st floor house. The second floor is also rented. The host was unbelievably responsive to all our questions. We will certainly come back and hopefully soon!!

Very relaxing & beautiful scenery

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and plenty of seating in the living space. It was fun to go out on the paddle boards first thing in the morning when the gulf was calm. It was a relaxing vacation with plenty of things to do in the area.

Best location in Bonita Springs!

You cannot get better than this! We loved beachfront living in this clean, spacious home. Cindy is the best host - super accommodating, and literally everything we could want or need was right there on the property. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Fantastic family retreat

I rented the house for our family vacation, there were seven of us between the ages of 10 and 73! The home was clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. And there was plenty of room! The online listing shows two double beds and two twin beds, there is only one twin bed. There was a rollaway bed, that my 10 year old used (just don't expect a teen/adult to use it) and we took turns on the couch. Cindy was a great host and I would most definitely book this house again. The location/view is outstanding and the neighborhood was peaceful. Enjoy!!
