The house was very nice and comfortable for our family get together. Loved the multiple patio areas for sitting, eating, spending time. Enjoyed the pool and pool area. Very good for family time! There was a storm one evening and we lost power. Communication with the property owners was prompt and helpful. Will definitely book again when in the area!

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed but it wasn’t quite as pristine as the pictures suggest. The pool is a lot more shaded during the day than the brightness of the picture would have you believe. The furniture is a little tired but and please, straighten up the pantry so it can actually be used, no place to really put the groceries we bought so we moved things around.

Location location location! The house is situated on a quiet street but just a bike ride away from shops, parks and downtown. The house itself was set up nicely for families. Our boys (7,8) enjoyed the little downstairs ‘apartment’. Our 5yo was too scared to sleep down there which was expected. There’s plenty of patio space to enjoy the outdoors. Kitchen was equipped enough for us. Grocery stores are right around the corner, just a convenient location to everything. The house comes with two adult cruiser bikes so we packed our kids three bikes. We took a bike ride almost every day. The kids also roller skated on the walking paths beside the roads. Our vacation was really enjoyable and the area is beautiful. We have elderly family in Naples so we try to visit once a year or every other year.

We were looking for a place that all of the family could come and stay in the Fort Myers area. We found a great place that was just awesome.The place we stayed in was clean and we loved it! It was comfortable both inside and out. Great places to sit outside next to the pool all screened in with no bugs.We had plenty of space for eight of us. Look forward to returning again soon. It was close to great beaches, food and fishing.____

We had a wonderful stay! The house is big, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The whole family enjoyed the patio and pool area — especially the outdoor TV, bar, and BBQ setup. The bathrooms were very clean, and the bed linens were soft and cozy. The air conditioning worked great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The refrigerator was clean and spacious, although the ice maker didn’t work.The beach gear could use an update — the chairs were old and small, and the beach towels were a bit worn. We appreciated being given a new umbrella, but the cooler didn’t have handles, which made it hard to carry — and it’s definitely needed for beach days.Overall, a great place to stay and relax with the family!

Awesome property

Came down to visit family from New Jersey and was not disappointed at all. The property was perfect with plenty of room for 10 people to convene comfortably. I would definitely recommend to stay here. The location was also wonderful as it was in close proximity to my son’s home and to shops and restaurants within 10 to 20 minutes away.

Almost but not quite

The property has great potential just needs a few tweaks to be great. The inside of the house was very clean but is in need of updates. Sofa, chairs and beds are way past their prime. Baths are very nice. Kitchen is nice and well stocked with essentials. Downstairs kitchen and living area were also clean but smelled very musty. The outside patio area was in desperate need of deep cleaning. As with upstairs the furniture needs a refresh. Bar with tv was great to have. Pool was clean.

Spring Break

Good location between Naples and Fort Myers. Pool was great. Nice to have plenty of tables on the first and second floors. Nice little bar area by the pool. Used the beach chairs and bikes. Enjoyed our stay.

Fun in the Sun

The house was exactly as listed on VRBO! Great location, clean, pool has a wonderful entertaining area.Would be a great place to bring your family for vacation. We plan to return with ours!!

Location was good. River behind house nice for fishing. Outdoor area needs a good cleaning. Kitchen could use more towels. Over all about 3.5. I would not stay here again .

This was a fun house in a good location. Really enjoyed screened in lanai and pool area. Close to beaches and shopping. Easy access to airport. Interior is a little dated but comfortable.

We stayed with our family and grandchildren over Christmas. Started out a little rough but the maintenance man was very helpful and turned it into a great experience. The cleaning company for itrip did not clean well at all. We cleaned it up and then enjoyed our trip.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Wonderful property for the 9 of us and plenty of room for extended family to come and visit. The teenagers loved the separate living space in the basement. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the outdoor living space was used for most meals. There was a maintenance issue that was handled in a timely manner. The one negative issue would have to be the handicap shower/bath in the one bathroom. It was a bit hard to navigate but we made it work. A few more coffee cups would also have been appreciated. Overall we would give this home a 10/10 and would definitely rent again.

We stayed at this house with another family for a baseball tournament. The house was nice and the pool was great. The house could use a good deep cleaning - under couches, bed, ceiling fans. We had an issue with lizards in the house - nothing crazy or u expected for Florida but worth mentioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved it, perfect location, kitchen well fitted. Bring pillows, I had to buy pillows and just enough bath towels for the 9 people, I bought another set and did a lot of laundry since we were there for 3 weeks. Our ITrip contact was Johnny on the spot.

Nice place in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed staying at this place. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. We had a couple issues with an AC compressor & TV, but all were responded to immediately and resolved. We especially enjoyed the lanai and the little pool, the water running was very relaxing and we loved being able to enjoy all the warmth & sun! Coming from Michigan in January, this was great! Lots of restaurants, stores, beaches, not far from the house & nice walking path just down the street.

SW Florida Paradise

We have been coming to this area for close to 50 years and this area (Bonita Springs, Fort Myers & Fort Myers Beach) is our second home. With all of this being said, we are no strangers to rental properties and this one did not disappoint! The owner was very responsive and everything in the house was set up very well. Check in and check out was very easy. We wish the canal was just a bit bigger for our kayaks. Overall, the house was a 10 out of 10. Great place, great owner and we would definitely go here again!!
