Did not have time to enjoy the pool but the location is premium with beach access within short walking distance and one of the best restaurants in town right next to the apartment. The bed mattress and pillows were very hard (solid rock) which was hard on my bad (some people like hard mattress) but other than that the apartment was clean, quiet, great view and value.

Just as perfect as described

Super short walk to the beach. Is a bit noisy but nothing we couldn't handle. Communication with property management via email had exceptional turn around time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the condo and found it very clean However, check in was a fiasco. I never received the check in procedure ( yes I checked my junk mail and regular mail) Therefore, when we got there, we had no idea of our condo number or the keypads. It took over an hour to get any response from you Very disappointing

Our stay was good.

We enjoyed our stay. As mentioned from another guest, the closet is cluttered with the cleaning supplies which takes up room. There could be better lighting from burnt out bulb. We replaced light bulbs to improve the lighting. One of the dining chair legs was broken. We found the nut and bolt and fixed it ourselves. The aluminum track for both sliding doors is filthy and hasn't been cleaned in a while. Needs a vacuum. Since your cleaning crew needs six hours from check-out to check-in, they could have done a better job.

Lovely Stay!

Everything was wonderful with our stay here! The condo and the view are spectacular! One thing I would note for anyone like myself who appreciates a place to hang unpacked clothes: Your clothes share a closet with beach chairs and cleaning supplies and there is no designated space for hanging longer dresses or skirts. There was another closet, but it was locked and I believe for the owner's storage. If you're not picky about hanging dresses, etc. this condo is wonderful--very clean and enjoyable!

Good but some things to be aware of

This complex is one of our favorite destinations - pools are great and make sure to check out the on-site cafe. This particular unit it okay. Just okay. Everything was fairly clean and it’s mostly as described in the listing. Things to know - the lanai is unusable, due to the traffic noise below (very loud) and the very bad furniture. Don’t plan to work, read or have a conversation out there. Don’t expect much communication from the management company. Don’t consider asking for an early check-in; I inquired twice and they never answered my email or call. We were unsure about the cleanliness of the unit - the desk area was full of trash and items left behind by previous tenants. The unit is stocked very meagerly; expect to buy your own paper towels and toilet paper if you’re there for a week. There are not enough beach towels for a week stay. Overall…this unit is good enough but if there are others available in this complex, consider booking something different.

Vacation Views

The atrium style building gives you great views. You can see the sunrise from the patio and walk the short distance to see the sunset on the beach. Everything you need plus more is in this unit to make it a great vacation home. Minor issues if you are a light sleeper, (we are not) from traffic and shared bedroom wall with elevator, due to Memorial Day weekend.

We’ll be back!

We were pleasantly surprised at the property and location. The unit was spotlessly clean and well appointed, with a spectacular view. The beach, and several restaurants, were a 5-minute walk away. Our only issue was that the A/C could not be set low enough for our taste. We plan to come back to this property!

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club

Great beach location. Easy access to the water and sunsets. It is an EXCELLENT crash pad. Floor is dirty (feet black) needs a deep clean. Interesting washing machine/dryer combo. The management company was not helpful or responsive when we arrived. Took a lot of reading and re-reading to figure out how to get in to the property. But I would stay there at that location again.

Our Covid visit

Nice change from Mass. Great views and very convenient for beach, exercise and pools. Very comfortable and clean studio with many amenities--beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, washer/dryer, spices, dishware, etc. A bit of concern might be the noise on the highway which is close by--not for us , but might be for some. Otherwise, worked out perfectly for two people and we would definitely go back! No idea about pricing. Ed and Linda mullin
