"Soladela" is a contemporary 150 m² timber-built villa with a magnificent view over the maquis and the mountains.

The single-storey villa sleeps up to 6 guests (excluding an infant) and has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. A 250 m² terrace wraps around the house and its heated 10 × 4 m pool.

The villa sits in a recent, quiet, family-friendly residential estate, close to some of Corsica's most beautiful beaches: Maora 5 minutes away, Sperone 15 minutes and Santa Giulia 20 minutes. The town of Bonifacio is 10 minutes away, Figari airport 20 minutes.

### The space ###

The whole villa has reversible underfloor air-conditioning: gentle, even cooling in summer and soft heating in the cooler months. Each room has its own control panel, programmable for day and night; we go through the settings with you on arrival.

Once through the gate, an elegant driveway leads you to the villa's entrance and the garage, setting the peaceful tone of the place from the very first moment. Parking is generous and fitted with a Tesla charging point compatible with all electric vehicles: charging is included in your stay.

The entrance opens onto a vast living area combining lounge and kitchen. Three-metre ceilings and huge 7 m and 4.5 m glass sliding doors flood the space with light and frame a spectacular view over the maquis and the mountains of southern Corsica. Curtains on every opening let you adjust the mood throughout the day.

The lounge invites you to unwind, with a smart TV (Netflix and Prime), a Sonos soundbar and a Sonos Move speaker that can be used indoors or out on the terraces. Two high-end sofa beds (160 × 190 cm) and designer armchairs create a space that is both comfortable and elegant.

The sleek, modern kitchen is fitted with high-end Neff appliances: full-height fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and extractor hood. It is completed by Japanese knives, a KitchenAid stand mixer, a cooking food processor and a robot vacuum, for effortless day-to-day living.

A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hairdryer are also at your disposal.

From the lounge you reach the master suite, a true cocoon with its own en-suite shower room, a walk-in wardrobe with desk space and a soothing view over the Corsican horizon.

The sleeping area includes two further bedrooms sharing a shower room:
– one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm)
– one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a king-size bed (180 cm)

Each bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe with desk space and a Samsung The Frame TV, and looks directly onto the pool. The understated, carefully curated decor was designed to feel elegant and restful.

For little ones: a baby cot, a travel cot and a high chair. Extra mattresses are also available; the villa's capacity remains 6 guests maximum, excluding an infant.

Outside, the heated pool (10 × 4 m) is secured by a key-operated submerged cover. Six sun loungers with cushions are spread between the terrace and the shade of an olive tree. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is accessible at any time from the pool, the terraces or the parking areas.

The upper terrace, sheltered by a 9-metre pergola, is divided into two areas:
– a comfortable outdoor lounge for relaxing
– a summer kitchen with a stainless-steel gas plancha, a table for 8, a refrigerated beer tap, a sink and a pizza oven

The private 1,588 m² grounds, fully enclosed by a Bonifacio stone wall, are carefully lit, landscaped and planted with olive trees and native species, guaranteeing peace, privacy and serenity. A professional CO₂ mosquito trap (Mosquito Magnet Executive) runs in the garden from May to October.

Every material, floor, fitting and piece of furniture was chosen with exacting standards, with quality, elegance and high-end comfort in mind throughout.


### Guest access ###

Guests have the entire villa to themselves. The villa is secure and enclosed by a dressed-stone wall.

The front door opens with the LOQED app (App Store and Google Play): install it before you travel, your digital key is sent on the day of arrival. Our concierge team welcomes you on site and stays reachable throughout your stay.

### Important information – Heated pool ###

The 10 × 4 m pool is heated by a heat pump from 1 May to 15 October and has a secure submerged cover. The water temperature depends on the weather (wind, cool nights, rain) and on the cover being closed at night; it is lower in May, June, September and October. No temperature is guaranteed and no refund is made on this basis. Outside these dates, heating is available on request for a €300 flat fee.


The villa is part of a recent 16-plot residential estate: building work may be under way on neighbouring plots (weekdays, daytime, outside school holidays), with no impact on the property.
