We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Bo’Ness and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Ken made us feel incredibly welcome by greeting us in person and showing us around the property, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.Throughout our stay, he checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, striking the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to relax. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having basic groceries stocked for us on arrival.The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and ideally located for exploring the area. Bo’Ness is a charming place, and this stay made it even more special.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience!

We can't say enough good things about our visit. We were made to feel welcome right away by being met at the apt and given an introduction to the apt amenities. The apt was super clean and the milk, bread, butter, wine, cookies... we found on our arrival made us feel at home. The apt was also nice and quiet, beds comfortable and recliners perfect for watching a movie. I would recommend the apt to anybody!

Great stay

We had a great time in a lovely and clean apartment! The recliner couch was the highlight for us and everything was convenient and comfortable. Great quality items in the kitchen and everywhere with lots of thought into details. Thanks and would highly recommend!

Amazing Apartment

Never seen such a lovely and detailed furnished apartment. Furthermore we had everything we needed to relax and the apartment was extraordinary clean. Ken had a large selection of toiletries and there were even some groceries waiting in the kitchen to prepare a breakfast. The technical equipment was also exceptionally diverse, for example a dishwasher, bedside lamps with mobile phone charging function and an automatically adjustable couch. The cookware was superb. The location was quiet and very close to Edinburgh. We were really impressed and would come back anytime.

This was our favorite place to stay on our two week trip! Ken was the best host, always responding to questions and giving us wonderful tips about Edinburgh and area. Just like home!

This is an excellent property well situated to drive to Edinburgh, Sterling, Glasgow. We were personally welcomed by Ken who walked us through everything we needed to know about the apartment. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We received a bottle of wine and basic groceries, milk, bread, butter, orange juice, water, tea, sugar and our favourite Nespresso coffee! The bathroom was also well equipped with anything you could possibly need!

Trip to Edinburgh

Ken’s flat was perfect for our trip to Edinburgh. We rented a car and enjoyed being close to the city without having to be right in the thick of it, Ken provided us with some basic grocery staples which was very kind of him, and his place was lovely. Thanks Ken!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic two-bedroom apartment that truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, our host Ken welcomed us with warmth and hospitality, ensuring that we felt right at home. Providing help with local transport links and answering all off our questions. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, blending modern style with cozy touches. The living space was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Both bedrooms were well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The natural light pouring in made the entire space feel bright and cheerful. One of the standout features was the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking meals a delight. The host provided thoughtful touches like fresh coffee and snacks, which were a lovely surprise. Location-wise, the apartment was conveniently situated only a 15min drive to the tram and then easy access to Edinburgh. Overall, this apartment is a hidden gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the perfect place to stay. I can’t wait to return!

Except for a little confusion with the directions to get there, we were very satisfied with our experience. The hosts were very welcoming and eager to please us. The place was spotless and the kitchen completely furnished. We would recommend it anytime.

Very nice place to explore Edinburgh or Glasgow and the spaces between.

We have traveled around Scotland and had a lot of accomondations, but this one the absolutly best! We have really enjoyed our stay and missed nothing. Ken and Jill (our hosts) were very nice and next time, if we come back, we will try again to stay with them! Thank you so much!

Wonderful stay in Bo'ness

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and provided lots of sight-seeing information. Conveniently located near a "park and ride" for easy access to and from Edinburgh. Host was fantastic and even checked on us the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Best apartment ever!!!!!!

Everything about this rental was superb. It was a 30min drive to the Park and ride and then a 40min tram ride to Edinburgh but everything else made up for that distance.To be honest it was close to Falkirk Wheel, Helix Park and Linlinthgow which we enjoyed for a day. The supplies were amazing. We've never before had packets of crisps, biscuits, Heaps of packets of cereal, Milk and orange juice. Also salt, pepper, oil, foil etc. The bathroom supplies were of a high quality and plentiful. We would love to stay here again!!!! PS Just need to mention Ken's warm welcome and help carrying bags and showing us how everything worked.
