The home was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The floor plan was awesome and the use of the garage during our stay was a very nice feature. The reason for the four stars was because of a couple things. 1. The hot tub usage clause that came up after we booked the home and right before we had check-in. The clause is not written anywhere - but here it is.... if you use the hot tub Allen or Cory wanted to be notified by 10 a.m. the next morning and then the spa tech would arrive before 3 p.m. to check the water clarity. etc. We found this very odd and an infringement on our time at the home. We have stayed at many VRBO's with hot tubs for 4,5, or 6 nights and never needed a spa tech to show up while we were there on vacation. 2. The large outbuilding on the property is rented to someone. Someone was in the shed on the 1st morning we were there, this was a bit concerning. I let Allen know and the vehicle was gone after we got back from breakfast. I would like Allen\Cory to state in his VRBO description that usage of the hot tub will result in a spa tech coming by the next day. Needless to say we did not use the hot tub because we did not want to coordinate with a stranger to stop by while we were on vacation.
