Apartment 'Casa Braun' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Private Garden

The entrance has no steps, and amenities include a fan and washing machine. Outside, you can enjoy a private open terrace with panoramic views and a veranda. A shared parking space is available. The property is set on a scenic hillside, just a 10-minute walk from the center, the sea, and the train station. Perfect for hiking and trekking.



Important notes: pets are not allowed, and events are not permitted. Please close the gate in the evening and use the rear balcony after 10:00 pm. Check-in is possible until 11:00 pm, available for an extra fee. Only one set of keys is provided. A basic welcome kit is included: we recommend bringing everything you need, including kitchen towels and condiments, as these are not supplied.



The welcome kit includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and some soap. Kitchen towels, dishcloths, condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee), and detergents are not provided. We are not a hotel: please bring all essentials not listed in the accommodation description.



In Liguria, 500 meters from the sea often means uphill walks, sometimes steep. Before booking, always check the actual elevation. In Italy, the national electricity supply is limited: apartments usually have a maximum of 3KW, so please avoid using all appliances at the same time.
