"Beroni" Two-Level Apartment Near the Sea with Wi-Fi

Located in Bonassola, the two-level "Beroni" apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The apartment offers Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The location is ideal: just 100 m from the beach and 400 m from the train station, making it a perfect starting point to visit the Cinque Terre (20 minutes by train) or explore the Levanto-Framura cycle path.



Parking is available, and pets are welcome for an extra fee. Parties and smoking are not allowed. Please respect recycling rules and leave the accommodation tidy (wash dishes and dispose of trash). Late check-in is subject to availability and extra charges. Only one set of keys and a basic welcome kit (toilet paper and soap) are provided; kitchen linens, condiments, and detergents are not included.



The welcome kit includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and soap. Kitchen towels, tablecloths, condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee), and detergents are not provided. We are not a hotel: please bring everything you need that is not listed in the description.



In Liguria, 500 meters from the sea often means uphill walks. Before booking, check the actual elevation. In Italy, the national electricity supply is limited: apartments usually have a maximum of 3KW, so please avoid using all appliances at once.
