This was our second stay at this home. This home is beautiful and is always well maintained. The owners have made improvements and continue to do so. Possibly one of the best spots on the lake!

Great property and a great quiet location. We had an excellent stay. Property was clean and well kept, had everything you need. Beds were super comfortable with enough space for everyone. Deck had amazing sunsets. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with more space than we needed. Very clean with bath and bed linens provided which is always a bonus. The game room downstairs was also a big hit in the evenings.The minor negatives that we found were that the lake has pretty heavy vegetation (which is obviously out of the owner's control) making it hard to swim near the house. The owners do a great job keeping the little beach area clear though so getting in and out is without difficulty. With this said, we were happy to have the paddle boards, kayaks, and paddle boat all of which we used every day. We were also able to get out on our floaties in the water. The only other thing is that we did do a lot of cooking/eating at the house and there really weren't any spices left for use so be prepared with what you need. Overall, I'd say our experience was still great and the views and sunsets were outstanding. Huge Thanks to Mike & Tara for sharing their beautiful home!

Bridal shower weekend

The property was perfect! The sleeping arrangements worked for the family units. The extra space in the basement was perfect for us to play cards and watch tv while those who went upstairs to bed were never aware of any noise. Clean with lots to offer, beautiful view. We’d love to come back!

Excellent views from living areas.

This is a beautiful home and a great place for a family vacation. We got on the lake daily with the watercraft and made meals daily in the fabulous kitchen. The location is terrific with lots of hikes nearby.

Absolutely beautiful location

This trip was our first family vacation with parents in over 25 years. The house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect location on the lake. Everyone in our group were impressed with accommodations and all the amenities. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions before and during our stay.

Beautiful Stay

The home was beautiful and at a quiet end of the lake. Everything inside was clean and organized and working properly. The owners responded promptly when I needed to message them. Lots of things to do on the property which was great for the kids. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Quiet family time

We had a wonderful week at this house. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved all the decks that gave us both sun and shade in the afternoons so there was something for everyone. The only downside is the amount of seaweed in the lake. The town does come to try and clean it up but if you’re looking for a place to swim this isn’t it. You’d need a boat to go to the middle of the main lake for that or to go to the beach down the road ( for a fee).

Lakeside Fun

We enjoyed staying on Lake Bomoseen in a comfortable, clean and functional home. The location is on a peaceful end of the lake with good swimming and boating opportunities. All in all a great place to stay.

Gorgeous family friendly lake house

We had a great time at the lake. This large well appointed home was perfect. We had 3 generations and all had a lovely time. Well suited for an active group, we were kayaking and paddle boarding all week long.

Family reunion

The house and location were wonderful. There was a misunderstanding regarding the number of people that could be in the house which was a bummer but we made the best of it! If you are a party of 10 (or less) this is the place for you. Quit, relaxing and beautiful!!

First of all I would like to thank Mike and Tara for their hospitality. The house was beautiful (even better than the pictures), the location was perfect and the lake view was spectacular. Our stay was very enjoyable. We had teens and grandparents in our group. The teens loved the water activities and the grandparents enjoyed viewing from the fabulous deck. House is very clean, has everything you need and views are incredible. Perfect lake house stay!

Excellent Stay

We came as a family to visit with family in the area. The home was very well maintained and clean. All appliances, bedding and towels were great quality. The house was spacious and had plenty of room to spread out. The location was great with an amazing view. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful property and location

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful lakeside property over Christmas. The kitchen is well appointed and the location is beautiful. Being winter, we did not utilize the lake but it would be fantastic for summer use. You can get straight into one of the bathrooms from outside and also the kitchen which would be very useful if enjoying the lake. There is also a large 1/2 bath downstairs for changing. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. There were only four of us so we had a bedroom each. One of our party has mobility concerns so a bedroom on the living floor was perfect. I would recommend this property to anyone! It was excellent value for money and if we are ever in the area again we would definitely rebook.

Great house and location on the lake

My family and I had the best time staying at Mike and Tara’s house! The house was big, clean, exactly as pictured and in a great location on the lake. My kids had a blast fishing off of the dock each day and taking out the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Check in process was easy and Mike checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we need. We can’t wait to go back!
