Apartment 201 accommodates 4 guests, but an extra mattress can be provided to host a fifth person upon request. It’s an excellent option for those looking to save money without giving up comfort and coziness.

• Bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels are not included in the accommodation price. You may choose to bring your own items or rent them from us.

• By default, we provide 1 pillow per person.

APARTMENT FEATURES:

◘ The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals as if you were at home. It includes a gas stove, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. We provide dish soap, sponge, cleaning cloth, and dish towel for the first few days.

◘ The living room is integrated with the kitchen and has a 43" Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa.

◘ In the bedroom, you will find a split air conditioner, high-quality beds, a wardrobe, and an iron, along with one pillow per guest. All mattresses and pillows have protective covers that are replaced with each new stay.

◘ The bathroom has a high-flow shower, and we provide shampoo, liquid soap, and a hair dryer — all to ensure greater comfort for you.

On the top floor of the building, there is a ROOFTOP TERRACE — a shared space available for use at any time of day. It features two washing machines and a utility sink, as well as a party area with a kitchen, three barbecue grills, and a restroom. It’s the perfect place to socialize and enjoy a great meal while taking in a beautiful view of the city, including both sunrise and sunset. This space is open for you to use anytime, with no need for prior booking.
