"I did not get to stay at the OVO, I booked the wrong date (my error), but having paid Expedia for insurance that would alow me to make changes to the booking, the venue wanted to charge a handling fee that was 100% of the room cost. seeing that it would have cost me the full room cost on top of whatever the actual day would cost me I decided not to cancel and to book elsewhere."

"Repetiría el hotel.
Echo en falta un control de temperatura en la habitación y más enchufes a mano, pues tuve que desenchufar la televisión para preparar un té.
También eché en falta que en la recepción no tuviesen un adaptador para enchufes.
El restaurante muy bueno, fantástico y su bodega más que aceptable."

"I have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions and do so because I have confidence that it will be clean and well maintained. This is in contrast to a number of occasions where I have experienced disappointment when staying at other hotels.
The general amenity of the Gateway is extremely pleasant and the staff have managed a relaxing and comfortable public area."

"The room was very dusty. There was brick dust on the bathroom walls together with cobwebs. There was dust stacked on the hand basin waste and mould on the curtains. To get hot water to the basin you had to run the tap for at least 10 minutes and you could not get any hot water to the shower at all.
The car park was a joke....7 or 8 spaces for a 40 room hotel."
