Excellent breakfast, attentive and friendly customer service. We enjoyed a lovely stay as a family of four during half term, great value for money. Pool busy but expected. Thank you very much!

The Reception Staff were excellent and friendly. The Room was spotless and loved the drinks facilities, especially fresh milk but an Ice Bucket could have been provided for the Ice. Like an Ibis but expensive
Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake ...
