"Hotel room lovely and clean. Really comfortable and lots of room. Disappointed that the restaurant was fully booked even though we weren't told too book on check in and also disappointed that even with a full hotel they shut the bar at 10.30, ushered us out and put the shutters down."

"Great place great location but the check-in was not easy. I did the pre check in downloaded the app but the app kept saying check-in so I went back and I had. Ended up just using the key codes which you get 2 mins before 3pm. I kept worrying that there was a problem and I was already in Harrogate. ..."
